Hungry Jack's

Food was alright. Person on the drive-thru was a little hard to hear, had to repeat each item nearly 3 times before they understood. Problem could be easily fixed for management to upgrade/log a repair job for the drive thru box. Would save the 10-15 min wait in line up.

Absolutely filthy parking lot. Garbage bins overflowing and scattered all over the ground. People's half finished drinks left in parking spaces. Smashed into the ground burgers and chips.

No drinks available, other than water or juice? Average burgers, decent chips. Younger staff were great, very helpful, others not so much

Typically it is clean, cheap, with fast friendly service. There are off moments, but in these restaurants there often are.

Ordered couple weeks ago and received mouldy burgers, only realised on the last couple of bites and 2 other burgers of the same batch had already been consumed. Took it back and the girl tried to hide it all from others. Not impressed. Mould was the size of 20c coin. Looked like it was growing a while - won't be back!

Went through drive through, wasn't impressed by the service and was charged over price on my order.
The staff were rude. Not happy!

I’ve always wanted to go to hungry jacks Wangaratta after a burger had been made for my friend by taydan it was the juiciest whopper I have ever layed my eyes on definetly will come to this hungry jacks

Not busy at all and can tell why! Breakky wrap with a way over cooked hash brown and no bbq sauce. Wouldn't to back

Very disappointed in two whoppers l purchsded this week in the wangaratta store
I ALWAYS BUY Whoppers once a week when shopping the two l got the
week before in Shepparton were beautiful full salad placed in a box tall Juicy and delicious.
The two l got in wangaratta were flat dry hardly any salad and wrapped in paper (no box). Very disappointing.pick up your game wangaratta, also there was no coffee and no frozen drink, pathitic. Jan Prior. Yarrawonga

Very good service and staff, I don’t usually come here but I will be coming more often. Good fresh food and lovely happy staff.

Quick and delicious fast food.
For a fast food restaurant, I think their food is pretty good. The reason I am giving 4 stars is cuz the staff were a bit indifferent. Don't have to be super friendly, but it would be nice to be welcomed.

Very unprofessional I order veggie burger they gave us wrong burger and when we went back there staff didn’t even listen what I was saying.
We spent $36 and they didn’t swap the burger
I said keep this burger and she said ok
And me and my kids came back without food
I didn’t ask the money back but they should offer us write burger. Never going back there

Refuse to eat nuggets from here. Had them once and I was traumatised. The chips are fine I guess and the burgers are good.

Took my kids there two weeks ago. Short staffed, tables were dirty, they had run out of fries, couldn't do a range of burgers, but wasn't informed of this until after I had placed my order. Never again. It needs a health inspection.

Can you believe that a Hamburger take away runs out of Coke! Cannot believe it, the Wangaratta restaurant is in a dire need of proper management, its embarassing.

Staff were yelling and slack manager was rude ans disorganised for her staff. They messed up 3 things on my order and needed a refund on a mistake they made. Place was filthy. Unpleasant experience to day the least

Worst hungry jacks I ever seen. Dirty tables, cold food, undercooked bacon and no straws available. They gave us advice that sip directly from cup and save the environment. My 3yo can’t drink straight from the cup. Hungry jacks should visit this store. 0 star.

Slow, slow drive through service, possible staff shortage? Took 15 mins! Chips not hot and just ok, used to be a really great place, I think the staff need morale needs a boost.

Store was dirty, customer service was less than average, waited 20 minutes to be served, then another 10 to get our meal. 1 staff member serving, it was around 12: 30pm, seriously, that's your peak lunch traffic! We certainly won't be back!

Very slow drive trough service and got a the wrong burger as well. Getting the right order took another 15 min. Not good enough!
