Hungry Jack's

Food good but why does the sign out front say brekky from 6am yet I sat in the drive through lane at 7.45am on a Friday for minutes before discoving it was closed. No sign, just no one around. Meanwhile McDonald's across the road (which doesn't do breakfast wraps, the thing i wanted from Hungry Jacks) was open and doing a roaring business.

Hungry jacks is by far the best value offering when it comes to fast food. Good quality, good value (although they could always do better) and good fast service. McDonald's has complete dropped the ball on these things and Hungry jacks are taking full advantage. Well done.

Nuggets were cold and like rubber.
Considering we had to wait in carpark, you'd could have given us hot fresh food. You pay for hot food we should get hot food.

Staff here never cease to amaze me with their friendly smiles and even more so how great they work as a team especially when they are being smashed at the drive thru.

I have been a mystery shopper for years and this is the best store I have been through.

Eat here every fortnight.

Don't work here, for the sake of your mental health.main manager is irresponsible, assistant manager is good though.the main manager is a self entitled egotistical man.you can't even take days off work, the main manager won’t allow you, even if u had other important duties going on.the main manager is even sometimes late to work.one time he was suppose to come in at 10, but came 15 mins late instead.the most outrageous thing is that he still gets full pay because he tweaks the clock.

Probably worst HJ meal Ive ever had, cold burgers, looked like slop put together.staff couldnt care less & filled with kids loitering in dining area swearing their heads off.all in all avoid this place at all costs.

The young guy who served me could have put waiting staff in 5 star restaurants to shame. Very good.

Had one dud meal, once, steak & roast, however since then, good meals, more then you can eat

Went a got lunch, the tropical chicken burger we both have was very nice. Service was ok. No one in store when we got there

Ate in for breakfast 8.30am. Food was ok. Coffee not the greatest. Music so loud i could feel the base in the toilet! Hand dryer not working and no other option to dry hands.

Fuming. I have bad food poisoning. I haven’t had hungry jacks for over 10 years after my last visit made me sick. I give it another try and this visit was no different. And it’s a day before a friends wedding and now I may miss it entirely. HG’s you need to overhaul your hygiene and food sanitation practices. Not good enough!

Last time I went into hungry jacks was amazing. Today however was very disappointing. Burger was missing lettuce and buns burnt. Cold chips and no salt

Staff did very well keeping up with all the people today because of the holidays the music was way too aloud with the amount of people in store.

I orderd a meat free whopper I think it's called a western whopper not too shabby at all! Nummers!

The service was slow the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing a couple waited nearly an hour for their order to be done the place wasn't busy at the time not impressed

Reasonable price, great food, good customer service. Nice and clean place. But a bit too loud music in a bathroom. ;)

Service is a joke, keep U waiting excive time and orders are never correct. Best a give it a miss.toilets very messy and unclean

Store was closed at 1.30pm on a Friday. No signs anywhere, and a line of cars waiting in the drive thru. There was no sign in the drive thru to indicate they were closed.

The reviews on this place are well deserved. Incredibly narrow drive through. Coffee and icrecream machine is broken yet their iced drinks are advertised all around the store. Put a different part of the menu up instead of advertising a new product you don't have.
Was the only one around, waited ages and not told what the wait was for, no sorry for the wait.
The chick gave me the world's most crinkled bag.
Burnt my burgers. Chips had no salt. Had 3 drinks and she tried to pass them in one handful. It wasn't until she saw my unimpressed facial expression that she decided a cup tray was necessary.
