To me they'll always be Burger King. But, every now and then, I do like a Whopper. Honestly, all these fancy burger joints selling American style burgers paired with some sort of stupid craft beer, with a name like Black Dog or Sipping Dragon, are really just trying to emulate Burger King. Go to the place where they invented the burger: Burger King or even McDonald's.

Disgusting that my disabled nephew was refused a soft serve ice cream cone just after 8am on Tuesday 19th March 2019 for being 3 seconds late, he is legally blind and the guy still refused, not coming back here again, the man was sarcastically rude also, he displayed absolutely no compassion for the disability of visual impairment

Drive thru, Fast service, good customer service food options are breakfast, lunch, dinner, deserts kids meals, cheap to eat at and food taste good

Used to have awful management, now has friendly staff and meals are actually hot when they come out. Best of the ice-cream machine is always working!
On the downside the service is quite poor and staff tend to click completed order and don't serve the food until you ask them. Staff really need to be re-trained with some speed and motivation instead of chatting and laughing, they may be friendly but service is everything.

Staff need to be retrained waited a good five minutes to be served while there's nobody in store

I got a coupon says valid until december but they don't replace whopper burger with veggie burger due to having new vegan burger on promotion? So what is the point?

The workers were sitting backing on the floor and just laughing around. Was waiting for them to see me, then finally when they did the lady said oh there isnt a customer as a joke. Then they got the order wrong and had to come come. Disgusting customer service last time I come here

Always had good experience. Nice and affordable food options. Fries have greatly improved over time.

Good service but negligible cooking, burgers are not hot, chips are good. More care and diligence required. On two separate occasions burgers were mediocre. Needs improvement.

Repeated my order a couple of times but still took the wrong order down. When I called up to file a complaint since it wasn’t what I had ordered, no help was suggested on their behalf. Definitely disappointing- especially when you have to buy another meal

I am a regular customer here so far their customer service hasnt been too bad. Tonight i picked up a chicken meal liferally 8 mins ago, chips were shoggy chicken was cold and nuggest were not even warm.drive thru guy was rude. I think he is a manager there, not going back again.
