Hungry Jack's

Clean and good service, the food is halal but they don’t announce it, they have the certification inside. Family place it is and OK atmosphere for a fast food … note: they are generous with the ice cream ;-)

Been here twice. First time no salt on my chips. Second time no bacon in my burger. Staff are very unprofessional.

I just got home after confirming with the worker “is everything in the bag” and they said yes, only to get home and missing 2 burgers, very disappointed and very sloppy attention to detail by the employees. Would not recommend

Ice cream machine wasn’t working for a number of times and there ice cream is always melted

It's 7: 37pm and "The ice cream machine isn't working, we turned it off. "
For real, this is the 4th Hungry Jacks that have a different excuse.

Staff serving me a melted Icecream and when i said that it’s melting she served me the same one in a disposable cup.very bad service

Slow service & people getting uber eats no wonder your food cold today a driver stood talking to staff for 10 minutes

Been years since I've had Hungry Jack's with the lack of a lack of car but on a trip I had some to share with passenger. REALLY good value $8 meal with extras, half the price of the other burger giant AND was a real hamburger. Fresh and onion rings are yummy. Have actually been raving and I don't do fast foods. Definitely going back.

Very quiet place at hungry jacks, hope more people will eat out and dine -in here. No ice for that night so our Coke was room temperature yucky

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HARAM FOOD. I went in expecting it was halal and even checked with the manager to make sure it was halal and she confirmed it was. Then I saw an employee use his hands to get bacon and did not change his gloves or wash his hands he then contaminated the rest of the stock with his gloves. Service was terrible too it took a couple minutes to get served. To everyone and my Muslim brothers and sisters do not be deceived and eat here please

Ridiculously slow service. Nearly walked out after waiting. Ordered a kids meal and waited another 10 minutes. Poor form

Unprofessional staff don’t know how to work I order rebel cheese whopper and they give me vegan one i went back to them 5 km to change that they put same burger in a bag and give me back when I come home its the same vegen one lost of money

Return visit to Hungry Jacks, Jacana today, the place looked grubby, not the best Burger King outlet. Burgers were tasty but not served hot enough. A pity, food needs care and improvement, management intervention.

Tables don't get cleaned very often mine was dirty as to the others. I had to ask the manager to clean the Tables. But I have to show them my vaccination certificate to eat in. There were only 5 people in there so they went very buzy.

Each time I go here I'm reminded that I shouldn't have.

Orders are always wrong, the majority of the staff are without manners or respect and burgers are always made sloppy.

Very nice customer service. I'm not vegetation, but they had a deal on the plant-based Rebel Whopper so I tried it. It was delicious, and I felt satisfied, but lighter than if I'd had a meat burger. I'll be back for this.

I'm not going to lie, to have never been disappointed when I ask for a soft serve and they don't deliver.the machine isn't always brocken down excuse

The fact these bad boys are halal is good enough for me. The burgers are kinda better at hungry jacks. Much better than McDonald’s. Kinda the same with kfc but not really cos kfc has no beef. Red rooster has the best chicken though but that’s for another review

I had a great experience at this Hungary Jack's location. I was attended to by 2 employees, and both were very polite and seemed happy to be serving us. It great to see old fashioned service and manners pressent in these trying times.
