Hungry Jack's

Thr tables literally haven't been cleaned since before the pandemic.
The caked on grime patterns continue seamlessly past the dirt lines stuck to where the tape was holding down the laminated sheet regarding covid safety measures.

It's fine. It has a bathroom. The food is fast and edible. The staff are apathetic. There's very few places to sit. It's Hungry Jack's, what do you want?

Drive through lost power to speakers and left us waiting for 5 mins before we went through to let them know. Not first issue with them though, a story for another time. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The staff and management team here are great, they're friendly and work competently.

The speed on food delivery and patience among the staff is great.

Slow service, no proper response. They stationed a new joinee on the counter to take the orders and was very much confused with the orders during a peak time. Also the manager present there was very rude and gave no proper response when asked about the orders I had placed for.

You have to teach Manager how to ask the customer for order, if you have said something over the drive thru to order it gets ready already, that is what happened with me.
I asked the manager to get something which was a new burger but he told me your order is ready how come in 2 secs before i confirm the order as every individual needs time to decide when they have lot of options to choose from.
This happened to mee when i was the only customer being served in drive thru and instore couldnt see any customers even.

What is the need to rush?

My regular place for veggie/vegan burgers. With veggie options that taste good being less this is a good recommendation. However, in my experience like every other Hungry Jack's or similar store there is almost always a missing item (sometimes it's me forgetting too). So, please make sure you check and ask for every item you paid for. Ideally the staff should've been trained to make sure they double check and communicate before handing over the order.

Always get my order right, always quick and efficient and the food is always hot and made nicely. Really nice service here too.

Just Tonight I ordered beacon delux burger with my friend who ordered a wrap but gave us 2 wraps instead we drove through and thought he gave us as we order how ever he gave us 2 wraps instead we drove far thinking we had the meal as we ordered but not the Punjabi with turban messed up our order NOT pleased with the results!

For the first time in years recieved a hot juicy burger normally my expierince from other stores is cold and dry burgers
Commend the cook who made my burger thank you

Poor customer service (said "can I help? " then turned around and walked away because someone at the back said something)
And the food is mediocre.
Icecream/sundae/thickshake machine was out of action the whole half hour I was there, which I suppose has to happen since they clean it but overall lessened the experience.
Also I told them I'll have the food here and dine in but they bagged it. I had to ask again for a tray.
With my burger i had to tell them 3 times what I wanted before they got it right.
The toilet had paper and water all over the floor.
Overall it wasn't offensively bad but i don't want to go back any time soon.
At least at other Hungry Jacks they hire cute ladies to take your order. In here there was this Indian guy with a dead expression on his face and spoke extremely quickly.

Ordered veg burger this morning (16 March 2020) around 6: 10 a.m. Just wondering how the staff could give me a non veg one. It was bacon or beef I don't know. But thats disgusting. Couldn't go back, because had no time, had to put rubbish.

If you get your order within 20 minutes, that's a good day. This place struggles to deal with any more than 3 customers at a time.

17 minute wait fro a frozen coke, them the manager had the cheek to say he brought it out but i wasnt there so he gave it to somone else.

This is a really good Hungries. Parking is a little weird though, difficult if you're coming in from the Highpoint side.

A quick fix for a hungry stomach and easy on the purse too.
Young students / adults normally serve here sometimes with a smile that is remembered sometimes grumpy.
The buns of the burgers are average and so are the fillings.
The French fries too are just average
Overall just a quick bite stop

Pretty poor store always running out of product, I but i suspect staff cant be bothered making what I asked for

Thank you to all the staff that holds the sundae's till we're ready to eat them, and for keeping the dining space clean

I used to visit this HJ 3-4 times a week, when I went on 16/02/2019 afternoon the toilets are overflowing and they didn’t clean till evening where I visited again

Probably the best fast food chain chips going now. Vegan options which is a nice change from the other big names.
