Ordered the 2 Grilled Masters Chicago Angus. The patty is burn and taste like charcoal paying the right amount but not getting the right output of food!

Worst customer service, I don’t recommend to go anyone there. I have never seen like this service any place.worst, worst, worst customer service.

Trying their new special, MOULD BUNS. A little bit strong for my taste. Took 3 bites and was over it. Will not recommend!

Just a typical Hungry Jack's, food was decent, service was good. Recently renovated and quite clean, seems to have solved the previous issue of flies just buzzing around at the tables, at least for now

The worst hungry jacks I have ever come across. They are barely open when they are supposed to be, staff never seem to be around or are always on their phones ignoring customers. The food has also been consistently bad every single time I have been there. Don’t bother, not worth your time.

Choco shakes got replaced with soda even though I paid more for choco shakes. Much disappointmemt: (

I think the franchise owner should hire more employees every time come here for pickup the order it’s gonna take atleast 15 to 25 mins to prepare them the order, even if come from 30 minutes far not professional at all

Good food, quick service. Small store on site with a petrol station so good for a quick bite but no playground for kids due to the location.

A multinational franchise, this particular store closes on public holidays so it doesn’t have to pay its employees a cent over minimum wage.

Hungry Jack is a go place for small meals. We always go there to have veggie whopper which has now become everyone else’s favourite meal. We love to visit this place when we have to go out on a long drive.
Keep up the good work and keep servicing us delicious meals ️️️️️️️️️

Why am I told that the drive-through can only have 2 meal orders only?
If there's 5 people in the car, they can't eat?

Waited 15 minutes to be served from the counter due to staff favouring drive through customers. The whole place is just filthy. Food is not bad, though.

Surprisingly good drive thru service and barista coffee. Dine-in area is pretty gross, but you have yourself to blame if you expected more from an HJs out the back of a petrol station.

Absolutely terrible service. Just ordered 3 bursties drinks and I had to spell it out to the person behind the counter multiple times. Then they still made the order incorrectly.

I walk to this Hungry Jacks most weeks to have hash browns with my very picky son! The staff are always very friendly and occasionally give my son free toys.
I’m seeing plenty of comments about the dirty toilet.that’s because the poor staff can’t keep up with the cleaning due to heaps of non-customers coming into to use it like a public toilet! They should lock it for customers only.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent $37, didn't get all the food, all the food was cold (I asked if new hot chips were on the way and was told not really) and finally tried to ring the store but phone rings out. So no customer service. The 'dining area was also very dirty. Understand its fast food but hygiene and presenting a clean store should be a priority.

Came in the morning to have some food around 7 with my friend, wasn’t asked to dine in and takeaway not sure if the crew taking order was tired or had enough of hjs. Food was good, dining room and toilets were clean as

25/6 - drive through not taking orders. Coffee machine broke down after taking order. Not impress. Wait time to order was 20 minutes.

The most pathetic of all the hungry jacks stores. I was stuck in the drive through for 15 then finally I can order only to be told cash only. Unable to reverse back because others were behind me so another 35 minutes go by because the staff are so incompetent and can hardly speak any English. Never again will I return
