Hungry Jack's

They always forget to pack our sauces, it’s only a couple dollars, but they do it every time and it adds up. Most times I order chocolate shakes and they then tell me after I pay, they they aren’t working. Food is cold and dry half of the time. I understand that places can be busy, I’ve worked in fast food before, but come on stuffing up every time is not on. Even ordering through the app takes upwards of 30 minutes. Given this place too many chances.

We tried the Rebel Whopper for the first time and it was surprisingly nice! It was fresh and the burger was a good size

Says open 24/7 but when we went to order the lady said we couldn’t be served because it was the “end of day”. It’s either 24/7 or it’s not.

If you are a delivery guy don't accept orders after 10PM. Will have to wait hours in the drive true. Very slow service

Have a guess what this is supposed to be? A Whopper Jnr with cheese. And the services is the slowest I have ever experienced. I have given this place so many chances. It’s just atrocious.

I want to give negative rating but technically i can't. Every time the drive thru takes hours for your order. Today we waited 20-25 mins in drive thru and we mention to make our burger spicy by adding spicy sauce but the burgers were as usual without any spicy sauce, even the patty was smelly, not even freshly made and buns were saggy. I don't understand why they took so long to make the drive thru orders. Never going there again.

Worst hungry jacks I've ever eaten. Got take away and had to return it because the meat was dry and buns were soggy. Feels like the burgers have been sitting there for house. Went back to return it and get 2 fresh meals made and they were just as bad. It's like oil in deep fryer hasn't been changed for weeks. Worst hurngy jacks, will never go back there.

The floors are so dirty and so disgusting must not care about hygiene it's the last time I'm going back

I can only assume the chips waited outside as long as I did for my burger. Nice and cold. Just how I don’t like to.

Still hit miss with quality different staff i suppose also cleaning of grills leaves a lot to be desired big black bits of burnt stuff in my bacon and egg most times

The drive through staffs actually do not care about what the customer are asking. They just don't care about anything especially if you want to ask a question about what you want to order!

Very bad services, I just ordered large meal and some onion rings, chips was half onion rings uncooked and no sauces provided. I will never suggest to visit this place again.

Drive through gave stale food along with a completely wrong order, and we were the only car there!

Had to wait nearly 30 mins for our order. We waited while the uber drivers walked in got their orders and walked out several people were unhappy at the length of time they had to wait. Seems like the uber drivers get preferential treatment. When we finally gor our order the burgers were all soggy. Wont ever got there again. Big disappointment. Hungry jacks if they how you treat your customers shame on u. Uber drivers should wait their turn likw everyone else, not push to the front of the line. The management their are not doing a very good job. Trian your staff properly.

I placed order. Management is very poor. Really unprofessional staff. Waited for more than an hour. Chicken was still not cooked properly. Not recommended

Worse service ever mistaken my order 100 times never trust them, they put little kids as managers they have no idea what they doing, james he said he is the manager he mistaken my order in one night 3 times and all what i hear is sorry mate sorry mate, dont ever trust their order at all they bunch of liars

Slowest hungry jacks ever. Literally doesn’t matter when you go you have to wait over 15 mins for your meal. Then because you have waited you expect it to be fresh, well guess again, bacon in my bacon deluxe today had been there that long it turned into jerky.

Slowest Hungry Jacks Ive ever been to. Noone in the restaurant and 1 other car in the waiting bay yet still had to wait over 15mins for our food.

I don't know if someone tasted chips and veg burger today. So bitter potato. Will never eat veg burger from hungry jacks.
