Hungry Jack's

Extremely slow service, feels like the staff is kept hungry to justify their name hungry jack. They can hardly move or speak out, have no motivation to work. There is a sign saying respect our team, probably they know their staff would get yelled for their poor service. Who takes forever to wait in drive through waiting for their food. It never happens on any other store.

Why do you people put to much salt. Chips are just NOT eatable at all. Very poor. Will not order again.

The survo pumps are being renovated & the concrete driveway it'll take another 4 weeks to finish, hopefully it will be alot better

I only eat halal food, and the order I received today had bacon in it, I cannot say how disgusted I was considering the whopper I ordered DOES NOT COME WITH BACON IN IT. I have absolutely no words to describe how truly disgusted I am; and the words I can use i am morally obliged to not use them.

It's HALAL!

Burgers are always juicy when I go here. Also, they always put the perfect amount of salt on the chips. Also, the waiting time is always minimal, so that's a bonus.

The only downfall is that they ALWAYS forget the sauces, especially when you pay for them! Otherwise it's a good place to get a bite to eat. Always fresh, staff are friendly and it's always been clean when I've attended.

Person that served me had a great sense of humor. The toilet was an apocolyptic wasteland. I think they got the idea for fallout in there.

This store is very slow.always wait 20 mins at least. All other hungry jacks stores or macdonald etc could be taken two different orders. This one tell me that can take one one. Both orders are same direction and only 1km distance. The food is not hot and fresh at all if wait for other driver. I am very doubt.

It needs attention and internal management at different hours. To achieve customer satisfaction, the toilet service also needs attention and handling at different hours. The employees and sellers are excellent in my opi

My order had a very slight issue with it, so I had to line up again in the drive through and get it rectified. Employee cassa + whoever was the chef tonight: went above and BEYOND to make my order correct. Absolutely ecstatic with how nice and apologetic they were to rectify the issue and fix up my order! Absolutely lovely people and just so pleasured with the customer service I received back! I will DEFINITELY be back here just for the customer service I received alone!

Ordered spicy jack fried chicken burger, burger was not spicy and it was worse than chicken Royal burger

Very disappointing. Use to be good and always got what I payed for but seems like lately placing an order is akin to paying money into a "Lucky dip". Driving away with an incorrect order (weekend mornings) seems to be the new norm despite the board showing me the correct order I placed at the time before driving up to the window to pay. And let's face it. Once you get home and relax sit down to enjoy your meal you're not going to drive all the way back to once again get back in line to argue they stuffed up your order again! I've had better luck with a lotto ticket.

Took a while to get through 4 cars, food was alright until i took a bite of my chicken burger which was supposed to be the new Carolina reaper and ended up being a bacon and cheese, didn't mind until I realised the chicken patty was raw.

NEED MORE WORKERS BEEN WAITING WAAYYY TOO LONG AT DRIVE THROUGH.

This place is really disgusting because we have ordered a burger and they just gave us patty under the burger buns no sauce no lettuce nothing at all

Was in the drive through for over 40mins at 1am. This is the worst hungry jacks in Melbourne. Needs new staff asap

Service was Excellent. Greeted with a smile, didn't have to wait long for my order and the quality of food was good. Unfortunately the Restaurant was not very clean, tables had not been wiped down and I saw some dead flies on the window sill. This Business would shine if only they would clean up this area. It would invite so many more customers into the Restaurant that would actually want to stay for a Meal.

The worst HJ's I've ever been to, the toastie had been microwaved, was limp and missing the tomato I ordered, a guy walked in demanding a full refund as he found a hair in his burger. None of the staff wear hair nets. Never again.

The food is fine. It's more the service that lets them down. There have been a few occasions where their staff will forget stuff or mess up my order meaning I have to go back in.

Also when going through the drive through, they quite often get you to park out front in one of the two waiting bays and wait for your food there even though the drive through is not busy.

There have been a number of occasions where this has happened to me and the waiting bays have been full with people not actually getting food from the restaurant which means I have to park somewhere else. When this happens their staff don't think to go by each car that's parked out front to try and find me.

If this happens I normally give them around 5 minutes, no more than ten before I have to go inside and ask where my meal is. Most of the time it's just sitting there on the counter. Not really good enough if you ask me
