Hui Psychiatry

Dr Hui has been treating my 15yo son all year. Andrew is very easy to work with and my son finds him approachable, friendly and professional. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge with OCD and Anxiety related matters.

Dr Andrew Hui is phenomenal! He is very kind and easy to get along with. I had a major depressive episode earlier last year and he was able to get me on the right treatment so I can go straight to normal functioning after some months.

Dr Hui is excellent! He helped me get my life back on track by picking up a hidden undiagnosed condition. All my previous experiences elsewhere seemed to be treatment resistant and now I know why! People need to understand that medication and treatment is a process, and I 100% trust everything Dr Hui asks me to do. Dr Hui is very response to questions and has a way of knowing when I just want to communicate my successes, or whether its something that I need answered. He has way of making me feel connected to him. I would highly recommend Dr Hui, I agree with all the other 5 stars reviews here as its also been my experience. I found Dr Hui on recommendation from my psychologist she stated he has high patient satisfaction, and I can see why.

Andrew has been a great support for me, he has shown genuine care towards me and is very collaborative in his approach. He actually takes the time to listen and if I'm not keen on something he's always happy to be flexible. Thanks Andrew:)

I've been seeing Dr. Hui for about a year now and I'm so thankful I found him. He truly cares about my well-being, shows genuine empathy, is clearly experienced and as a result has vastly improve my health. I couldn't recommend Dr. Hui highly enough.

If you have been looking for a doctor that really listens without judgement and provide effective treatment then you need to be seen by Dr Hui. Highly empathetic and efficient, Dr Hui was able to spot the root cause of mental health issues with astute questioning and erudite followups. I truly did not have much expectation going in but Dr Hui has proved me wrong after the 1st appointment after making me feel truly seen and heard and proposing the correct treatment. He has challenged my status quo interpretation of past/current life events and inspired me have a more balanced and compassionate self-view.

"To cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always. ” Dr Hui can do all three with wisdom, empathy, compassion and an unflinching determination to shepherd his patients out of the dark abyss of mental health challenges. It is increasingly rare to find a doctor with all of these traits as well as the consistent diligence in patient management to deliver results. A true privilege to have crossed path with him.

Dr. Andrew has quite literally changed my life. I went to him for an update in medication for another condition, and he was able to identify the ‘root’ cause of almost 7 years of battles after an intensely traumatic event. The support he’s provided, has been next-to-none. It was truly a miracle I found his services, and his empathy and expertise has allowed me to propel forward in my life. I haven’t felt like ‘myself’ in years, and my entire life has changed incredibly in such a short amount of time. I couldn’t recommend him more - psychiatrists that truly understand and want to identity the sole problem, are hard to come by. He’s helped change my life. I can’t thank him enough for investing the time, support and understanding to allow me to work through this. Incredible.

After years of struggling to find a practitioner that understood me and my unique needs, Dr Hui was exactly what I'd been looking for. He goes way above and beyond to ensure that his patients are thriving and continues to reach out and provide support where necessary.

Andrew is an excellent Psychiatrist and has helped me immensely. When I was really struggling he was able to diagnose me correctly, alter my medication, work through my challenges and I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. I wouldn't be where I am now without him and for that I am very grateful. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is facing difficulties with their mental health and seeking treatment.

Dr Hui has been the best Dr i have every seen!
He was able to almost instantly work out treatment would work for me after suffering with daily vomiting attacks among other things for 2 years. 5 other Drs i saw in this time could not work out what was wrong and Dr Hui knew straight away.

I could not reccomend Dr Hui more - he is kind, compassionate and increibably knowledgable!
