My driver John was terrific, very friendly and we got on like we'd known each other for 20yrs. A credit to Hughes Chauffeurs.

Our driver arrived early - sign in hand ready at the airport - collected our bags from the carousel and proceeded to assist my wife and children with their luggage to the spotless vehicle with a seamless transition from landing back to the Eastern suburbs. Will not use anyone else other than Hughes! Thanks Indra! Gentleman.

My son organised for me to be picked up at Melbourne airport, service was excellent, car was immaculate & driver Imanveer was very friendly & I had an enjoyable ride! I would use this service again & highly recommend to my family & friends

I used this service due to being on my own with two children and needing a little help with suitcases. Richard our driver was so helpful and courteous throughout our journey - I didn’t have to worry about anything except the kids themselves. The car set up with car seats was fantastic and Richard himself was a friendly and easy going driver. Will 100% use this service again and would highly recommend for any ease of travel either to or from the airport especially!

Fabulous service. Pick up was on time for my 88 year old mother from Warburton to Tullamarine airport. The driver was very professional and called me as soon as my mother was collected at drop off and checked in for her flight to UK. Thank you for your kindness.

Manifestly incompetent booking process. Arrived MELBOURNE domestic with family booking mistake from Hughes. Promised alternative driver in 15 minutes after 45 minute wait. Took a further half hour and staff after long telephone waits failed even offer refund of complete booking. There are numerous other companies offering these services. Choose any other just not this one.

We have used them for many trips from and to the airport and found them from booking to follow up sms's, to chauffeurs to car quality very professional.

Hughes Limousines offer exceptional service. Drivers are excellent, professional and courteous. They are punctual, keep in contact with you to advise they are in transit, have arrived and provide you with you drivers contact details. The vehicles are immaculately kept, clean and new. I had Ian drive me to the airport and we had a great conversation giving each other ideas about our lives. It was very relaxing and he drove smoothly also.

I have used Hughes Limousines Melbourne for my airport travels few times. This time we went to airport with them but didn’t check the return details on the confirmation email. We came to the airport and there was no one to pick us from the airport. I checked my email and the date was not correct. I called them & told the operator what has happened, she immediately arranged a vehicle for us, within 20 minutes the vehicle arrived. Thanks Hughes Limousines for your prompt action.

Easy booking process, credit card not charged until journey. Very professional staff and lovely vehicles. Would highly recommend.

Have used Hughes many times, mostly through Emirates Chauffeur Drive Bookings. But also privately.
Generally they have been very good and if I had written this review after my last trip we'd be all good!
However this time when we arrived in at 1am expecting the Two Cars that had been booked, we didn't find any.
After speaking to the Supervisor allocating Drivers, he chased up the Driver who was running late (10 mins).
However our second Car hadn't been allocated. There was no real apology, they just said they could get another Car, but that this would take 40+ mins to arrive.
The only other option would be to take a Taxi.this was the option we felt pushed into. I had to go find that myself and then try to locate enough money in my bags to pay the Taxi Driver.
To say unimpressed by the level of service and lack of concern shown is an understatement.
