I used Hughes Airport dropped off service served by Kim. I was satisfied with her service. Came and dropped us in time. She is helpful and communicative. Furthermore, Mercedes People mover was clean and in great shape. Very recommended.

I had the pleasure of being driven from the airport to the city by Chris. Great LDV vehicle provided but Chris was bright happy and engaging in conversation which made the 40 min go so quick.

The whole process with Hughes was excellent. I was made aware of the procedure via email more than a day in advance. 30 minutes before scheduled pick up, l was sent a text with map showing car movement. Muhammad arrived punctually, was helpful, courteous and pleasant, and we enjoyed great conversation on the way to the airport. He drove in a safe manner and the vehicle was spotless. My first experience with Hughes was top-class.

Very good reliable service, however it is disappointing that a charge applies when airport arrival is delayed. We had to wait a long time for our luggage and as a result of the delay, we were charged a further $35.00.

The ride from Melbourne airport to my drop-off point was most comfortable after the 8 hours arduous international flights. My chauffeur Osman had demonstrate professionalism. He is helpful and friendly. The Mercedes S class is really worth the price and adds immense experience when you are coming to Melbourne. Utmost customer satisfaction and I highly recommend Hughes and Osman.

Booked through Citi Prestige. Booking was clear for 00: 00 07/12/22. As it was our first time using the service, waited 15 min but no chauffeur arrived. Called through both to Citi Prestige (useless at connecting me) and then to Hughes.

A gentleman from Hughes called through to the driver on our behalf and reported that the driver had CANCELLED his job. We did not get any notification about this. Hughes then tried to get a separate taxi booking on for us - but while waiting on the line - call cut off. I called back and after much back and forth - I was advised by Van that they can order a taxi service for us. However, we will not be reimbursed for our initial cost of our “luxury chauffeur transfer service” and that the taxi will take the place of this instead.

They further tried to blame the booking on me, stating the booking was at 23: 55 on the 07/12 - however the email confirmation we received clearly stated 00: 00. Doing so, they tried to shirk off the responsibility of the driver cancelling (which made no sense seeing as the driver cancelled last minute on the night).

I am absolutely appalled and frustrated by this whole saga and will never, in good faith ever recommend a company with such poor practices and customer service.

Great experience with our driver even after having a missed flight in Sydney and missing case on arrival in Melbourne.

We had worst experience with them via booking id 7143687. Chauffeur intestinally kept his phone in dash board and start putting allegations on us. He also asked for Ad 10,000 as we had to board the flight for india. We did not get time to claim our gst reverse because of this. There were few female also in our group and this guy was actually shouting on us. I feel unsafe with their driver the way he humiliated us. Later on he confirmed that his phone was in his van’s dash board. I have written to to them but no positive response from them till date.

I waited over 45 mins early am in the freezing cold waiting for my driver. I was completely frozen by the time I arrived at the airport. I called the driver and he didn't answer. I called their support number and she told me to wait another 30 mins! The driver turned up after I called an uber in frustration. They have not responded to my complaint. Not recommended

What a classy and professional experience. My driver was so friendly and accommodating. The car was immaculate and spacious. He was very punctual also. I definitely recommend this service to everyone. 5 stars all the way!

Honestly, taking the guesswork and anxiety out of getting to or from the airport is well worth the money. The added advantage of Hughes is the professional and courteous team who make the entire trip an experience.
