Sadly, it's the services of companies like this that encourage people to purchase overseas.
As a medical professional, dealing with patients throughout Covid I chose to support and buy local. Firstly, the sizing chart for House of Uniforms is not consistent with national sizing.so the first delivery of uniforms needed returning (after a very long wait for initial delivery). Returns are at own expense, and I chose to return express just to expedite exchange. However House of Uniforms won't invest in express delivery, so again another lengthy delay in receiving my order.
Having received my exchange order after another substantial amount of time, and no communication from this company, Covid restrictions eased and order not required.
EXCESSIVE TIME DELAY with ORDERS doesn't warrant reimbursement.
VERY dissatisfied with House of Uniforms.
Buy local! Ridiculous.

Buyers beware! Please read the fine print before you purchase a uniform online to try on. They will not refund you if the uniform doesn't fit, they will only give you credit. This company is in Melbourne - I am in Brisbane and I needed a new dress for work. There was only 1 dress in their collection that would suit my body type so I purchased to try on and promptly sent it back in perfect condition only to be told that they don't refund for "Change of Mind". I explained that i hadn't changed my mind - it didn't fit and the next size up would have been too big in the bust. I have purchased many clothes online in the past and this is the first time I have been told that i cannot get a refund. How can you be an online store and not refund for items that don't fit?

Cannot recommend these guys higher! Really professional quality in their Supacolour prints and Embroidery, and they have really competitive pricing on their stock, much cheaper than others we have used in the past. Shout out to Selena the Sales Manager for always going above and beyond with our orders! Cannot be any happier:)

Definitely do not recommend ordering from this place! I purchased some scrub pants and still haven’t received anything and it’s been almost 6 weeks! I work in a hospital and treat covid patients so I specifically picked this company as they are in Melbourne and thought I would get my package within a more reasonable timeframe. Such a waste of money and really disappointed!

Brought 2 scrub sets from House of Uniforms recently.both sets were the same just different colours. They are very comfortable & similarly priced I believe compared to some other companies with the same scrubs. I chose House of Uniforms as they answered almost every time I called (some stores did not answer despite multiple calls possibly due to COVID 19). The one disappointment I had with them was their ETA, it took almost 2 months for everything to arrive despite the fact they said 2 weeks when I placed the order with them. While I understand postage delivery can take a while given their warehouse is only in Sydney I would have expected a more accurate ETA. I had to call them almost every week to get a new update as the ETA kept being revised every week. E.g sometimes I would call them & they would say it would available next week then when I called they would say the following week. This of course was very frustrating.

ABSOLUTELY so fantastic to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who knew exactly what we wanted. They turned out great, and can't wait to see our staff wearing them!
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for uniforms for their team.

Fantastic turnaround time and finish on the embroidered uniforms we ordered. Paul was a huge help through the entire process and in finding just the right styles for us.

Really easy and professional to deal with. The online catalogue could be a bit better organised to make it easier to search across brands (otherwise I'd give 5 stars) but the service from the team can't be faulted, especially Brodie.
