We purchased lots of merchandise from House of Uniforms for our business and we were very impressed. The customer service from the start was flawless with very quick response time and the team were happy to provide their recommendations and share their expertise with us to create what we were after. Highly recommend House of Uniforms, you won't be disappointed. The quality of their products was also amazing. Looking forward to purchasing more products in the future!:)

Ordered three pairs of work pants to see which were the best fit with the intention of returning a couple of them, while ordering, it states: "14 day easy returns for this product in accordance with our policy" so we all know the policies, must be brand new, tags intact, unwarn, so I proceeded. But NO, this return policy apparently is not our typical Australian policy, you have to drill down to see this, it is not displayed at all when buying, it does not give you a refund, BUYER BEWARE if you want to try them on, forget it, your stuck with this horrible seller who obviously has no faith in being able to resell their own product and force you into an obligation to buy with them. I would NOT recommend and will never buy from them again. In response to your reply below, who would have thought it necessary to read all the rubbish you have written. I wasn’t asking a lot, it was not a million dollar order, all as I asked was to cancel a couple of pairs when I received an email saying my order had been delayed, it hasn’t shipped so don’t know why it could not be done, you are the one that is making it hard. You’re not concerned about your customer and the amount of time to dispatch your product more concerned about how much money you can keep regardless if they are happy or not. Instead of hiding your policy make it a focal point, easy returns to me indicates it would be easy, not a mention anywhere no refunds unless you read all the rubbish you have on the return page which was pointed out to me today. Very un Australian, let’s hide behind the ACCC that’ll cover our butts for keeping everyone’s money - disgraceful

Had some t-shirts with branding done for my small business and the colour of the branding was way off when printed, I contacted them to rectify but unfortunately I was told to order a different contrast next time. I was really disappointed after spending over $500 for 8 T-shirts and I am now stuck with off brand t shirts.

On a positive the process was really easy and they were very prompt with emails and helpful getting the artwork displayed before approving, but unfortunately it didn’t come out as it was displayed in the artwork approval form.

So I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for specific colours for branding, but if white is your thing these guys can definitely help you out.

I’m pleased with my new shirts; they both feel and look amazing. Plus, they arrived just in time for summer! I’ll definitely be looking for more in the near future.

Nadia and the team did a great job to deliver some corporate event branded merchandise in compressed timeframes, and were excellent at working thorough artwork modifications and approval process quickly and professionally. On my list for additional item next event. Thanks for working with me.

In a panic, I scoured the internet and found House of Uniforms. My employer, a charity had just sprung a themed costume night as part of a fundraising conference at the end of the month. We knew about the conference but not about the themed costume requirement. Our options were limited. We found coloured t-shirts on the House of Uniform website and together with a mask and an iron on transfer (ordered online) our six member team were sorted. Ange answered a couple of questions I had about sizing and confirmed the tees were in stock but had to come from somewhere else. I explained that the conference was next week so I asked if I could collect from the showroom rather than wait for them to be posted. I ordered the tees last Friday and today, Tuesday just picked up them up from Ange. Brilliant! I thank Ange and the team for their prompt work and for helping us to pull this together with short notice. My team is very relieved. Thank you House of Uniforms. Love your work. Cheers Barry

Accidentally purchased black instead of white, items remained unopened and in original packaging and sent back the following day after emailing this business. They charged me a restocking fee for an exchange in colour did not ask for refund - so disappointed wont buy again - BEWARE.

This whole business is scam. I ordered few stuff during weekend and I canceled it with in 5 minutes as unlike other online shopping it doesn't include shipping charge at first but will ask later when you make your purchases. I tried sending an email but they said they can't refund me my money as the purchase was made over weekend. If so than why are we allowed to make purchase over weekend? This company has no refund policy. They rather love arguing.very disappointed ️ ️️️

These last few weeks I have been in the process for ordering beanies for work with logos on them through House of Uniforms. My emails have been replied to politely and promptly. I would recommend this business.

House of uniforms created design and provided tee shirts for a combined 70th birthday party. All 13 participants appreciated the effort put into the design and loved the tee shirts. Lots of good comments from the guests.

Finding a new supplier and ordering new embroidered uniforms for 20+ hardworking tradies, was extremely time consuming, risky and put a great deal of pressure on us to make sure we "get it right". House of Uniforms did EVERYTHING RIGHT! I highly recommend their skill, fast turnaround and excellent customer service. THANK YOU HOUSE OF UNIFORMS TEAM)

I bought the skorts and tried them on and I didn’t like them - but I took all tags off and put it away and thought I would try them on again the following week as sometimes it works. When I tried them on again - I thought I can’t work with them - The skorts are so heavy and hot - I did ask if I can return them but as I took off all the tags they not returnable which I understand. If you are going to be running around - these are not the right skorts to buy as first of all they weigh a ton and you will be sweating in no time

We, at Holdfast Crane and Install in Adelaide, have had couple of orders with House of Uniforms. The quality of the clothing and the standard of the printing has been exceptional. We are extremely happy with our products and the staff were very helpful. We would highly recommend them.

I ordered a couple of xtra long t-shirts for Yoga and they're exactly what I was after. Delivery to Perth was very quick, well packaged and included a TimTam! Very happy customer:)
