Love this place, and now have become a regular. Food is great, and staff are so friendly. Keep up the good work.

Went with high hopes only to be treated rude in the first instance. Had been waiting at reception for 4 mins, no one came out so I helped myself to a table of 6 I already booked. This employee came my way and told me rudely to go back to desk to which I replied I had been waiting so she said Can you not see were all just so busy. Now come back again The experience was so embarrassing. I got really upset. Then the serving contained of large proportion of chips and less of lamb or chicken parmigiana Basically 3/4 of plate was covered with chips. Honestly speaking I didn't expect that behaviour from staff.

Huge amount of food for a decent price, nice atmosphere, great place to have a function or have dinner with the family

This is a big relatively recently built place with lots of parking and a large dining area with a pleasant modern ambience. The meals are great and the staff very helpful. As a coeliac, I have to be careful. The menu is clearly marked GF for the gluten free items but the lady who took my order checked with the kitchen to make sure there'd be no gluten. The extra mile! Thank you. I very much enjoyed the calamari and the steak.

Went for lunch with a friend meal was ok. Went to rest room and it was in total darkness. I had to oush the geavy doors and nearly fell over and then was spoken rudely as she was on the phone when I asked to put lights on for us. Soap containers empty. Wont be returning

Pub is ok but drinks are expensive. Food is terrible. I guess need to survive in this competitive market since there is a pub every 3 km to 5 km radius. Once every 6 months visit is alright.

Went with family to celebrate a birthday and it was a let down, rude staff, food is also very pricy for what you get, most of our food we ordered came out cold and/or soggy, all very bland and just overall poor quality.

I ordered the chicken parma (which is usually a safe bet) and the whole dish was cold and the bottom of my parma was soggy and under cooked.
My partner ordered the garlic prawns, and most of the prawns hadn't been cleaned fully and you could clearly still see the black gunk inside.

I won't be returning that's for sure.

Took my elderly father her for dinner, very accommodating. Come a few time to make sure the food was cooked how my dad needed it.

Well done for going the extra mile.

Chicken schnitzel with chips and salad chicken was cooked but soggy and tasted like flour chips not cooked hard in the middle.
Porterhouse great but same chips not nice. I wish it was better because we enjoy going
there.

We went there this evening. When we were about to leave, we found that all sanitizers were running out so asked to security guard that sanitizer were running out then he said (in a rude way) its fine and asked to talk to manager, then manager came in and still that guy was rude.
I don't know how people in this situation can be careless and rude regarding sanitizers and things like that.
Totally sad with that security guard. Very unhappy.
I am not sure if we can pass this to VIC government.

Was really disappointed with the service and the meals all of us had was cold or wrong.way to expensive.
