Hotel Brighton

Returned after an absence of two months to find menu changed, not nearly as good or interesting. Had to have Parma of all things!

Two Meals were average. But they removed it from the bill. Great save by them. (Well done). Service was very good. Our waiter handled the situation in a truly professional maner.

Our main waitress was difficult, bordering on rude, others seemed in better form. The meal was poor; medium-rare meant near blue and check out my photos - that's what a $10 of side vegetables looks like, overcooked too. Melbourne, Brighton and the street is full of places with less pomp and better quality.

Recently had a function here and cannot speak more highly of the professionalism, efficiency of staff. The quality and variety of the food offered on the canapé package was exceptional- hats off to the chef! My guests were very impressed and spoke about the atmosphere and food for days after. Highly recommend this place for functions.

A decent pub, but lacking in vibe and high in prices; I have tried many times to go for their menu, but in truth it is better as a watering hole and hangout than a full experience for the family.

A good pub. Food is good and beer selection is solid. Great location on Bay St Brighton and a good local option.

Food was ok. Enjoyed the saganaki. The steak was cooked well done when I had asked for medium rare. Service was slow but friendly.
