Hong Kong Supermarket reviews
33It is a good store, plenty of variety and supply. Definitely has a wide range of Asian products and rightfully price. It is even cheaper than other Asian stores
Great place for anyone looking for hot pot meats, soup bases, tofu, huge ramen selection.brilliant Asian supermarket
Great place to purchase grocery items from china, hong kong, thailand, korean, japanese and many more.
Very Busy on weekends but has such a vast array of various Asian Groceries. Reasonably priced and fast checkouts. Take cash and card, has Frozen produce and asian pharmacy as well as across the road from the Butcher.
Somehow, their fish balls are tastier than the ones in the supermarket.goes well with my stir fry veggies
Hong Kong supermarket is conveniently located in Clayton. You can find mostly all kinds of seasonings, snacks, Asian cooking ingredients at this one stop shop. They always stock new products from south east Asia countries including Japan, Korean, Philippines, Indonesia and China etc.
Really good place with really wide range of stuff, such a boon to have this place 10 minutes walk away. I was a bit aghast though that they don't seem to stock unsalted Shao Xing rice wine, which I had to mail order. Apparently it's really hard to get in Australia? I also wish that they stocked fermented broad beans, 13-spice powder and fresh sand ginger, but I think I might be in a minority there. I also wish that they stocked a few more Thai ingredients.
Pretty much most food, snacks and ingredients from every south east Asian country is sold at this store. The aisle are sorted by country. They also have a decent freezer section with all sorts of frozen goodies, from icecreams to all sort of fishballs. Always find something new to try when we shop here.
Some of the staff treat you really impolite and aggressive. I didn't see the sign and gently touched a flower, he rushed to me and shouted can't you read!
It's a rush. No service at the alcohol counter. Waited way too long and walked away in the end. The rest of the store was great though. And they are right next to a butcher. Loved that.
Such a great store variety and presentation too! It totally rocks all the other asian groceries off their socks. I'm only taking 1 star off because I feel some things are on a pricier side
One of the best Asian grocery store in Melbourne. Well organised, good selection, and cheap, ample of parking at the back
Got everything you will need as an Asian. Good price, but one thing I don't understand is they don't accept Union pay card, since most places accept it, even the bucherb opposite. The owner should really think about to introduce some other payment such as Union pay, alipay, because most of your customers are from mainland China.
