Great product, much better quality than those cheap and inferior vests that we can find online.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some vests so that our supervisors could be identified easily and one of them was blue. Nobody at the company had the foresight to warn me that the lettering would be indistinguishable from the colour of the fabric. When I emailed my concerns, the response I got was a screenshot of me approving the order. When I asked what it was supposed to mean the manager, Brendon, said 'It means you ordered what you received'. Given their customer service and attitude towards what I would think is a genuine issue, I strongly recommend you don't use this rude company, I certainly won't be again.

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service so close to Christmas (I ordered a personalized kids hi-viz vest for my nephew). Thanks again for the super quick turn around time, I really appreciate it.
