I needed a T-Shirt a week before an upcoming Convention.
Paid and placed my order on Monday, received the product on Thursday, print Quality is incredible.
And overall extremely thankful for getting the T-shirt on such a short notice.

The service was great and the product was exactly as ordered. We were so happy, we have reordered!

AMAZING product. We got Jackets for a local theatre group made and they were fantastic. Friendly service, great quality and timely delivery. Just fantastic.

Absolutely rude and appallingly customer service.

I placed a click and collect order through their website. When I was advised that the order was completed I informed them when I would pick-up my order.

When I arrived to collect my order I rand the outside door bell and was greet by someone yelling out of the upstairs window 'WHAT DO YOU WANT'

I said I was their to pick-up my order and was then told it had been posted. When I asked why it had been posted when I asked for click and collect I was told they don't do Click and Collect. I asked why was Click and Collect still an option on their website with no response.

I was the told that tracking information was sent with the final invoice but there was not tracking information in any email I received from them.

When I said I had received no tracking information I was simply told it has been sent with Australia Post and I should get it in a couple of days.

Was planning on ordering other items through these guy but will definitely not be doing so now and would advise anyone think of ordering from the to AVOID THEM.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. After a first order with no issues I was sent the completely wrong product and after inquiring was told that “there’s nothing they can do”, and never received the promised refund. Absolutely pathetic.

Brendon the head honcho called me a rude fat c.t as seen in photos as i questioned his product and service before Xmas. Yesterday i decided try him again with different product. To give him 2nd chance. He never refunded my first lot, but was happy to write it off and start again. I questioned what sort of a manager just says send them back without providing details for a return. You have been warned. Im sure hes happy if you are happy.dont question product or service though.he will call you names.

The team at Holyshirt went above and beyond to get my order made and then out the door with no hassle. 10/10 would recommend

Contacted them with some questions about printing - the worst response from a business - unprofessional and rude - they told me to find another screen printer when all I did was what ink colours were available?
I didn't even get to the stage of ordering.

Terrible Customer Service. Brendan, the Head Honcho was quiet rude. "They choose who they want to do business with" and apparently asking a question in regards to pricing seemed to set his temper off and decline our order.

Learn how to treat people. If you're not willing to provide a service to everyone, don't provide it at all.

Online design interface is great. Easy to know what you are getting.
Also sizing charts for every different garment is incredibly useful. Really easy to use.
