Hollywood Nails Epping

There is nothing wrong with enjoying your work day. Ridiculous non stop laughing between the guys and ladies working there, in whatever jokes they were going on with, whilst cutting my fingers, putting nails on crooked, lumpy finish, so much so that I had to pull my hands away a few times. Grow up. And show a professionalism that matches your prices.
1 day later, had to fix the atrocious nail job today.

I've been going to Hollywood Nails for about 4 years now and I always see Leeann. All the staff are super friendly. Always super happy with my nails. I highly recommend this salon

My daughter had her nails done there today and she had the worst experience. The technician was so rude and hurt her several times, they refused to do the colours she wanted and also the technician did not listen to her. Her cuticle bled and was still bleeding a for a bit after she had them done. She waa so rough that when my daughter moved because of the pain she abruptly said 'Stop Moving KID' rudely. 1 of thumbs is still hurting so hopefully it is not infected so we will see. It took 2 hrs to do acrylics and in the end another technician took over, whom my daughter said was nice. We will NOT be going back there

Loved the time and the expertise that the manager had when doing my nails! He took his time and made sure everything looked perfect. I didn’t even have an appointment and they fit me in.

Will continue to come back.

Did not feel like I was being rushed like other nail salons I've tried. They really put in the effort and patience which is very important. And the price was less than I had expected

I went there a bit last minute to get a manicure, the people their are lovely and my nail technican D (i think was the name due to masks i didnt hear properly!) did a wonderful job on my nails they were beautifully done with no rush! He even went back to fix a particular nail that didnt dry properly. Will be for sure coming back!

Olivia did an amazing job on my nails as you can tell by the photo I've uploaded. One of my nails was broken when i came in to the shop. Olivia made sure that i wasn't experiencing any pain as she worked on me. She was very attentive and took her time to make sure that i was happy with the end result. I highly recommend her work as well as her customer service skills. Thank you so much for my amazing nails. 5 stars from me!

The lady working on me cut to far down the side of my nail and ripped the piece out resulting in a little blood and an infection in my toe.
Use to love coming to the place but will not be returning ever again.

I’ve been here before but only to soak off my nails and walk out’ but I went to this place for the first time to get a proper set done and I’m satisfied with the result!

Although like every business there are lows

They did take quite a long time (1 hour and a half to do refills) compared to other salons I’ve been to, I’m happy with my nails although when I asked for a specific detail on one of them she didn’t know how to do it but attempted anyway! I’m not like 100% happy but they are still so beautiful.

I also think they are very pricy, as I pay $20 less at my other salon! Although every salon has different prices and such, I would still use them again.

The pedi tub was disgusting and i asked for it to be cleaned before putting my feet in. The lady that did my pedicure was so bad and probably a trainee who also almost cut me 3 times. No cuticle softner was used until i asked from the pain and outright terrible. I got shellac on my fingers and after the polish my hands were dirty from the removal. The nail clippers were old and rusty and dirty! This place needs to be closed or something changed asap!

I had a mani and pedi with shellac on finger and toe nails.
I actually could have done a better job myself with nail polish. Its an absoloute mess.
I complained about it and the lady tried fixing my nails, they are slightly better but still a mess.
Avoid at all costs.

Came in the other afternoon after to relax and get a manicure with sns. I told the lady I wanted natrual clear sns however she proceeded to do ombre when that's not what I asked for. I didn't have time to get them redone but as I left, I raised my concerns with the lady and paid for the service as I didn't have another hour to sit there and have the issue rectified.

I then came in today to ask politely to have my nails fixed when I was confronted with rudeness and was completely brushed off. I even offered to pay some sort of fee for their time but the lady didn't want to speak with me just repeated "we arent fixing them"

I am extremely dissapointed especially after paying $80 for nails I didn't even ask for. Do not go to this nail shop if you want to relax - they will rush you and you will not have a good time.

It was bad they need to clean under nail as I did acrylic and they didn't shape it good and it was a bit uneven I may as well just paint them as they look better than what they did would never do it again. They were terrible and bad. Also the women had cut a bit on my finger near my cuticle

I don’t normally post these things but I LOVE coming to Hollywood nails in Epping. I went to a different place a month ago and never again. I didn’t get the same experience that I get here.
Always have the same lovely ladies who always do an excellent job and pay attention to detail which is brilliant. Great job ladies xx

I have been to many nail salons but will always go back to Hollywood Nails Epping.

I get SNS manicures and shellac pedicures here and the quality is excellent, latest 4-5 weeks other salons I've been to only last 2-3 weeks. The staff are friendly and happy to fix anything or accommodate requests.

Good value for money, depending on the nail technician you get on the day. I have been a few times, but the last recent visit for a mani-pedi was the best so far - I got a very experienced woman who did a great job. Their massage chairs are fabulous when having a pedi.

Haven't been there before but I would go there again the lady that did my nails did a really good job SNS. You cannot pay by card so make sure you take cash with you

Took 2 hours 15 minutes for a pedicure shellac and just shellac on my hands, the last time I was there the exact same "nail technician" as this time unbelievably slow. I dont mind talking to your work mates but she would literally file a nail.stop talk file another.stop talk. Beyond slow. And not even a good manicure or pedicure. I have shellac all under my nails where she hasn't removed it and let the light dry it to them. She also got black shellac all over my feet.

Probably wont be back to he honest $90 later not happy at all.

Called up on the phone to ask how much the nails were, I was told $35 so I booked an appointment. Got there and the lady started cutting my nails while I was sitting in a waiting area, so I wasn't even at a station. During the treatment the lady cut the skin around the fingers while she was filing and also filed my nails crookedly. After the treatment I went to pay and was told it was $45 and I said to the lady I was told $35 but she didn't care and insisted I pay the $45. Overall horrible not worth it if I could give it zero stars I would!
