Hollywood Nails Epping

Went for a pedicure with normal nail polish but the service was below average and overpriced. Most places charge $35, but these guys charged $45. No massage was given, I came back home to see that so many areas on my feet looked like they weren't even exfoliated and scrubbed. The nail drying machine didnt even work and was instead circulating dust that was under the machine. The quality of polish was poor it just didn't dry and the polish application was inconsistent. It would have been better if they had those small fans that are fast and effective for drying the nails. Very disappointed and never going back.

I done my nails from Hollywood nails epping that is my worst experience i want to ombré but I don’t know which nails he and she did. And its not in same shape and not fill proper colour as well So am not happy and i paid $130.and staff was also not professional and so rude.i am not remanded to anybody go there.

Massive shout out to Emma at Hollywood nails epping for doing my engagement nails so beautifully! The store was so kind I lost my Swarovski bracelet and they kept it safe for me! So grateful for their dedication to their customers. Thank you so much again!

Average experience. The salon itself is quite small. The ladies are friendly.

My pedicure - I love more than my hands. Pedicure chairs are uncomfortable compared to other salons I’ve been to. The massage on feet was lovely!

Overall, not bad. Worth visiting if you’re looking for a nail place in the mall

Theyre okay, not the best or worst either. Could of bene better. The ladies are really rude. Bad experience honestly but the nails were okay.

They are so busy talking and laughing among themselves that they don’t get or misinterpret customer’s request. Customer has to repeat same request to different girls twice/thrice every time another attendee comes in same sitting. Wasted 60$ today.n absolutely unhappy with result…never returning back.
I was amazed on their unprofessionalism. C’mon, customer deserves value for service they paid for.n the business needs to show basic professionalism. Seriously ruined my day.

Nails turned out okay, however my fingers and the skin around them is not okay at all. I have been to so many salons like that and they are not careful at all! These “nail artists” are not professional or caring of their customers nails, they were filing my nails so hard with that rough nail filer we all know of to the point where my skin is hurting now and it cut one of my fingers.

Not only that but when the lady was cutting my cuticles she was so rough and she rushed with my thumb that she pulled the skin cuticle too hard making it bleed… this is so unhygienic and very unprofessional. If you are great at doing your job then that should not happen not matter what.

Will not be returning again.

They tell you to wait “15 minutes” but take at at least 40
Min. Men started my nails and left half and without saying anything started other lady nails who’ was next to me. I sit there with half done nails for 30 min when I asked how long more wait he said okay okay. And after 30
Min he started my nails again he was in rush and doing nails very fast and ruined nail colour and shape he did not let colour to dry before putting last coat. Donot go there if u go make sure men donot do ur nails. Workers do not speak English and when they mess up, they use the excuse of not understanding you. The tone men used have is very rough as if he doing free service.

Other than the lady being distracted a lot this has been the best nail salon i’ve been to, so neat

Staff are downright rude! Have bad attitude
Can’t speak English they quote you a price before you decide and sit down THEN they charge you more once finished
DO NOT RECOMMEND! And they just lost another customer

I usually go here often but this time I had a picture I wanted copied and that did there best and it looks fantastic I'm very happy with my nails

My 14 yr old daughter had her nails done here (with a gift voucher) and the result was exactly as she wanted them. She had a picture to show the technician and they were identical to the nails she left with so happy teenager, happy mumma.

However, i just find their system a little odd and possibly daunting for some. You just walk up, announce what you want as a question and the first technician in the long row of maybe 8 or so in total momentarily pauses the job shes doing to respond with "ummm.yeah ok but 20 minute wait ok? " or " yeah ok go to number 7 and wait there. Here.choose your colour! " handing out the book that shows the colours pertaining to your specific request.ie SNS, acrylic, gels etc. OR "No sorry, cant fit in anyone else now before closing.maybe come back tomorrow? "

This is all fine if a) youre an extrovert who doesnt mind all 8 technicians and clients turning to look at you beg for a spot before before the days end or b) you actually know what you want or what to ask for.
If, however you are a 14 yr old introvert who hasnt had her nails done before so doesnt know what to ask for in order to achieve the same as the photo on her phone.who would sooner have the ground open up and swallow her than have 16 pairs of eyes all on her at once.
Its just a bit difficult for some to stand at the front trying to catch the eye of someone they dont know, then ask for something they want but dont know what its called.
Im glad i was there with my daughter because if id not been, she'd have returned home disappointed, defeated.voucher still unused.
Might seem like a worthless or 'Karen' type gripe to some but to anyone suffering with anxiety or similar, it would feel overwhelmingly daunting.
Just an observation.

Other than that, technically speaking, the quality of her acrylic manicure was of a very high standard. Impressive actually.
Im sure she will be back for refills soon.

I do not recommended this place at all! The lady I had kept hitting my hand and did not do my nails correctly. I showed her an inspo pic from pinterest and it was a teal colour french tip in the almond shape. Firstly she did coffin shape when I told her twice to do almond. Secondly she did not do french tip, she painted my whole nail instead of doing a french tip. So once again I do NOT recommend this place at all.

What is the point of having a members loyalty card when they still charge you after using it 10 consecutive times. (Pedicures are meant to be free after this). Horrible experience, over charged me, can’t relax because too busy talking in their own language.

Worse place ever they take advantage of people that don't speak English took my mum there and told them shellac and they went and put her normal nail polish and charged her for shellac and we go back 2 days later and the lady is laughing at us and said it shellac Won't be going there again worse service ever AND STOP SPEAKING CHINESE

I got shellac done on my hands $30
It was chipped within 2days i have had to remove all and redo very unhappy and tried to call to let them know and did not answer phone in 48hrs. Ive never had shellac chip and look so yuck so quickly will never be returning!

Was mine n my mums First time going here was a amazing experience super professional had a laugh with the lady's very clean salon service was amazing and price was reasonable
