Nails looked horrible and looked nothing like the example photo I brought in. The shapes were done in a rush making them uneven and wonky and the ombré in the sns was patchy and badly done. They cut the skin around my nails with their tools and asked me to pay $60 for this. I was refunded after they took them off but I was treated horrifically, they threatened to call security on me and they literally stared at me like a wall when I was talking and pretended they didn’t hear me by giving no response to my questions and they did the same to my dad when he tried to talk to the owner about the quality of their work. In summary I wasted 2 hours of my day to have my skin cut and my nail beds weakened to paper.

Gina is amazing! She's been doing our nails for the past few years and we've never been disappointed. Gina is an absolute genius when it comes to nails. Her attention to detail is second to none. No matter what I want on my nails she has the experience to do it. Gina is professional and without a doubt a perfectionist. If you want quality and that personal touch, Gina is definitely your girl. If you haven't experienced her amazing work yet, pop in and ask for Gina I highly recommend her! She's the bomb

Not the worst pedicure I have ever had.but damn close! Phuong's attention was definately not focused on the job. I questioned the lack of improvement from her pedicure and was answered 'slowly' which I assume meant come back a 2nd and 3rd time and I'll give you the result that should have been given today! On leaving I again remarked how rough my feet still looked and was answered 'moisturizer'. At that point I just gave up. At the register the 'FREE' MANICURE with every pedicure cost me $5 extra.how does that work? No colour (my choice) and an average shaping job at best. To be fair I watched the lady beside me receive a focused and beautiful pedicure.

I don't go anywhere else but here for my nails! I've been going to Gina for the past 5 years, and could never go anywhere else. Friendly staff, beautiful salon and my nails are always perfect

Staff were defensive and rude. Store window advertised as 30% all services. To get a gel coat was $30 without the discount would be $21.

When I went to pay, she tried to charge me $35 and pretended not to know about the advertisement until I called her out on it. She then talked to her colleague in Vietnamese for a while and told me the price was $29 with discount.which works out to be a roughly 30% off $40. So i ended up paying extra on a 30$ job and didn't even try to reason with her in fear of her friend causing a scene.not happy, won't be back.

Great place! The lady was really nice with me and my daughter and our nails look fantastic! I would recommend it!

The nails are wonky and lumpy, no shape is the same. They were not even cleaned up around the edges. Sloppy work. Was also very expensive. Would not recommend.

Happy with pedicure. They use O. P. I nail polishes with good range of colours. Make sure you use the massage chair.

Always depends on who you get to do your nails. Have been going to Gina for over 10 years and would recommend them to anyone.

Very, very poor service! Girls are unkind, disrespectful and do not know the job. The pedicure was made to me by an absolute beginner. I will not go there anymore!

Had SNS a couple weeks ago and loved it. First time it hasn't lifted off my nails within a week. Will be coming back.

I have never been charged an extra $10 due to the nail shape Stiletto being time consuming? Haha what a joke.

It’s s struggle with this one if time is precious for you!
One will pick up the phone and ask you to come in, when you walk in, others will have no idea you called including the one that gave you the appointment!
They even said I called the wrong number and I pressed the last dialed number and off their phone went! Really disappointed!
And yes terribly rude staff with no sense of customer service! Prices are made up on the spot too!

Horrendous experience, rude staff who don’t like being “questioned”. Even the application was not smooth. Not happy at all and wasted money.

Unfortunetly had a bad customer service experience getting a pedicure as well as the worst pedicure I have ever had. Had to let her know twice she was hurting me as she was pulling on my skin and agree with a previous comment that they make up prices on the spot.

I was absolutely horrified that my shellac soak off meant I had to submerge my hands in acetone and then have them machine the remainder off. Normally salons dip a cotton bud, apply it to the nail and wrap in foil. I will never come here again. I am so disappointed.
