Very unprofessional staff, did a terrible job and showed bad attitude.they did a rushed job and then, I had to keep asking them to do second cote of nail polish as they kept going to other clients. I asked to speak to manager and they claimed there is no manager.don't waste your money.

Gina was a wonderful lady. She did my nails for my friend and i and we experienced the best customer service. Definitely coming here again!

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve always gotten my nails done but this place had to be the best! The ladies were so nice and welcoming, my nail tech was super gentle and sweet. The ladies were laughing and smiling so much, it created a wonderful atmosphere. I’d definitely go here again ️️️

I’ve only been here once so far as I wanted to quickly stop by to fix my nails but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time the nail technician put into perfecting my acrylic nails. She was very thorough and my nails came out better than expected. Thanks!

SNS looked beautiful and lasted two weeks and I type alot, also my nail technician added 3 tips in complimentary on some of nails that were broken which I really appreciated

Went to get SNS and my nails look nice but are uneven with some incredibly thick (where it feels uncomfortable when you touch the side of the nail) and others not so much. Whilst getting nails done I was cut with the filing machine and the nail technician immediately accused me of moving. The customer before me used the same equipment and there is 100% no sanitization. I'm actually worried about getting an infection. Will not be returning.

Must be the most overpriced salon. $50 for a child’s pedicure. Ripping people off after Covid to cover their lockdown losses. Poor quality work as well. NEVER again. Staff was pleasant enough until she slammed me with $50 bill then refused to look at me. Awful place.

I got my nails done (Shellac) on Tuesday and they are already falling off. One of it fell off soon after I arrived home. If you are unable to do a good job and give your customer the best value, it is best not to take them in when you are too busy. I paid $40 for a horrible Shellac polish. I will never return to you place for my nails.

Visited the salon for a manicure/pedicure.
Took the lady almost 30 mins to remove my shellac off my toes, then an older gentleman asked to have his toenails cut. The lady just used the same nail clippers that was used by the previous person, then she proceeded to file his nails with the same nail file that was used from my pedicure. So unhygienic. I was so turned off that I didn’t even want to continue my pedicure. I told her I wouldn’t be getting my manicure there.

Surprisingly painful, very uneven, the shelac shriveled on my nails. The polish didnt cover my whole nail nor did it last more than 2 days. The manicure left the skin on the sides of my nails look dry and flakey because she tried to cut off the polish that dried onto my skin.service was fine. They werent rude by any means the lady who did my nails seemed lazy and tired or she just didn't care. It cost me around $55.
It looked worse than if i did it myself for the first time ever.used to go here quite alot. It has never been amazing but never this bad!

I couldn't understand the lady doing my nails and dhe couldn't understand me, there was no one to talk to at the counter. I had to talk to someone who was with a clients and the nail i got started to chip and wreak 10mins after i got them done. Now 3 days later they just look terrible and the were applied as hood as i could do nsils and I paid $20 for this.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I really hate to be this person as I don't like to spread negativity but this is my honest experience of this place. Paid $30 to get shellac done on my nails. Not even 4 hours later, mind you I went home and did absolutely nothing that could have caused this, the polish started peeling back. By the end of the day nearly all of it had peeled off. I have had shellac done before at other salons and have never experienced this before - usually the polish lasts 3 weeks before chipping at other salons. I went back to the salon and showed them what happened - they blamed it on it occurring due to either MY nails reacting oddly or the brand of polish. They refused a refund but said they would paint it for free. How can they repaint nails with a polish that will peel off in a few hours time. It was applied too thickly and not allowed to dry properly under a UV light (was still malleable to the touch), explaining why it peeled off so easily without me prompting it. They redid my nails with SNS (i had to pay $15?) Now, 5 days later, the SNS has chipped on my non dominant hand. Once again, have had SNS done at various other places before, and it has lasted 6-8 weeks before chipping. This is ridiculous! There is no worth in me going back and complaining again as they will probably make me pay to get there poor work fixed. I will NEVER be coming back to this salon nor will i recommend that anyone spends there money here.

Terrible service. During the middle of my manicure, a worker pulled out her phone, tapped my worker and they both looked at the phone and laughed for a solid minute. It was like me and my friend didn't exist, they just ignored us the whole time and spoke between themselves in a foreign language. To make it worse, the website clearly states $25 for manicure with nail polish, and the price was confirmed over email. Yet when they charged my friend and I they charged $30. We both went back to question them and show them the email confirmation and the website for proof, but they just went on with some random excuse that basically made no sense. The service itself was also terrible. Within the first half an hour of getting my nails done they were chipped. This was not because of being careless, in fact I was taking fantastic care of them. But if their nail services were any good then my nails would not have chipped.
All in all, terrible service, bad staff, do not recommend ever going there.

Marvelous services.the staff give advices, take their time they dont rush while doing your nail, have loyalty card. I love this shop i drive to go there

I would put a 0 star review if I could. My nails were good at first but then in the next half an hour my nail chipped, to make it worse they charged me another 5 dollars for a manicure with nail polish, on the website it clearly says $25 but when I got charged they said it was $30. When me and my friend asked about this they said something about being a ‘franchise’ or some excuse like that. I am overall very disappointed, I would not come here again.

Best nails I have ever had done. I'm beyond happy with the results. I got a manicure which was $10 extra and it has made my nails so much nicer and last longer. The photo is a week after I had them done!

Don't even bother going here. They take your nails and ruin them, go to one of the other places in Chadstone.

Take off my sns nails over here and putting on gel nails.
An old lady do it for me and asked if i wanted to have manicure as well, i say yes of course because my sns is make few weeks ago, might need some tidy up on my nails.
I regret alot for making this decision of manicure as she hurt my 4 fingers with blood, as she's cutting the 'dead skin' but is actually my real skin.
And all this cost me 50 bucks.
So disappointed, and definitely won't come back anymore.
