I mainly deal with Tua At Hoban Laverton office and I find her to be friendly, helpful and professional.
She understands and works to my individual circumstances and this helps to make my job easier and enjoyable.

3 attempts on making contact with this agency and was told I would be receiving a call within a day or 2 each time I called still waiting, was very interested in a position they had advertised in Melbourne but was being dealt with Sydney office, who knows maybe now I might get a call

Cancelled a job interview to "reschedule" which they never did, which my partner found out after spending sixty dollars on ubers to get to the interview.

Called to try to find out what happened on his behalf, they said they would call back, which they also never bothered to do.

Wouldn't recommend using them as an employer or a potential employee. Completely unreliable, unaccountable, and unprofessional.

Gave me my first job out of Highschool and was very fortunate I got to experience it with Hoban!

No signs outside office to say if closed or open or not taking anyone atm due to covid, lady that came out tryed to ignore moe

Very unprofessional staff at laverton office and very rude plus mannerless. They are simply cutting my phone even I haven't ended my conversation. I have been recruited for one place and I worked for 1 day. Since then I am asking for my pay but its being 2 weeks no one is responding and rudely answer they don't know anything. How can they don't give pay for the work I did. Very very poor and rude staff. Never recommend to anyone. Just ripping off people.

Great experience dealing with HOBAN recruitment agency. Staff were extremely professional with a super quick response time.

Worked for them around 6 months. But they will leach on your hard earned money. So better to stay away from them.i will not recommend them.

I feel sorry for anyone genuine to apply for a job using Hoban. You are treated as a number not a human, they ring to say come for an induction and dont send a email clarifying the time needed to come in. You are called up asked a million questions about yourself and then left in the dark. I suppose someone gets a commission cut from your phone interview. 0 stars. I hope karma will get them back one day.
