48Not enough staff on! Had to wait in line to pay for AGES and it wasn't even that busy! If they were busy I could understand, but.
Good H&M branch in the west. Good selection and variety so I prefer this one than the Melbourne CBD one.
It has some great clothes and prices!
I went in this day to drop off old clothes/rags in their donation bin. They sort through it all and either recycle or donate what you drop off, and you also get a voucher for 15% off when you donate clothes. I love that they do that for the environment.
Very polite and clear. Wide aisles for walking around and browsing. Didnt have many sizes left but was just window shopping so didn't ask too much.
Large store, good selection, courteous. What more do you need. Presently surprised. This H&M store was one of the best I have shopped in.
They used to have a dedicated H&M+ section, but it's been integrated in with the other clothes which is actually really annoying. Please change it back.
What is point of becoming a member?
Do not become a member as you will have to hold up a cue of people to receive your members discount.
In order to gain your discount you have to go to their app and login.
It takes ages!
Why not just give your members a membership card?
I guess you will say saving the environment so let’s go cardless.
I end up with a tireless amount of emails.
Shopped there 6 times since I became a member and have not been able to receive any benefit in anyway so far. Not a single discount!
Feels like another way of getting your email address to send you endless emails and no benefit for their customers!
Clearly H&M have NO CARE for their staff either as their Front line people will receive many frustrated customers!
Who I have seen being nasty to them at times, when it is not their fault!

Great shop. Needs more stocking in the dress department. Only a few long dresses and my partner couldn't find anything she liked.

Good store and choice on variety of clothing.but the lady (Asha) in the cash needs to learn basic manners and basic customer care.

Even though it was busy, the lovely girls kept smiles on their faces and helped me out, very much so appreciated.
Awesome shop, full of variety. The one thing which I love most about this shop is you actually can get any color you like. Not many places have that. Kids option are superb, specially for boys. Good price.
Subscribed to newsletter and got 15% off coupon. Staff had no idea that it was on and were very suspicious even when I showed them the offer on their own website. Grudgingly honored after 20 mins of talking among themselves and treated me like I was trying to rob the store. Its your promo, either take it off the site or inform your stores. At least allow them to ring the head office if they are unsure.
Sometimes you go there and there is nothing that I would buy then other times I see heaps those are the times when it is not pay week
I have found the range of Clothing at H & M to be very cheap looking but at a more expensive price tag. Not as valuable as once was.
You cannot call a store direct. General voice over. I'm not going to waste my time driving to a store or to travel into the city if the store isn't stocking what I want.
I started to queue up with my items then put them back. The queue was a mile long. 10 to 15 minutes to buy a couple of t-shirts and it was just a regular Saturday arvo. I think not. Put some staff on.
Good but not the best. I'm only comparing this outlet with other H&M outlets. I think the outlets which have all items on the same floor are much better.
This store is good at shopping choices with clothing and all. But the mess and non-organisation of items in aisles and shelves is just a chaos. This was especially in kida section.no idea how the company is selling clothes as sizes do alter a lot and need to shuffle a lot between them to choose the right one. I always like the kids clothing there but too skeptical to buy now based on past experiences, especially when its not easy to try them first on little ones.
