Had a nice shopping experience here, the staff here is excellent.

Would call out Dimpal here, she was understanding, focussed and had good communication; helped my daughter find the t-shirts she was looking for which would otherwise have been very challenging.

I guess most H&M are very similar, this is no difference, but what matters is, can you find help, I guess yes, do the have good clothes, I guess yes they do. I can only find 1 type of polo shirt and they have it, and fits perfect.

This H&M has sadly seen better days. When it first opened the stock levels were amazing, the staff were friendly and the store was organised and clean. Unfortunately, you will be lucky if there is any size left in the store that's not an XS or S for women, it's almost always disorganised, the staff are rude and constantly trying to push you out of the change room even if it's not particularly busy. It's really disappointing as H&M used to be my go to for basics for the whole family, but the quality has gone seriously downhill and gets great holes in it after a few washes. I recently went in to purchase some business pants and a smart casual top for an interview and left with nothing due to the lack of sizes available. Thank goodness for Portman's just a few shops down.

This is our family regular shopping store. Not enough staffs, queues on both till and fitting area we have seen that many times.
Today I felt so bad when one of the staff member on a harsh voice said that "store is closing in 10mins you need to make your way to counter WE ARE VERY BUSY" It was exactly 4.45, I was about to put back unwanted item and my wife was already in the counter.
I don't care if you are busy and I'm not there to listen to your rude voice!
Last minute customer, rush, busy, tired it is very understandable but you can't treat customer such a way.

Personally i like H&M, because they take used clothes for recycling also they providing 15% discount cards for your used clothes disposal. This is great initiative, this way we can reduce dumping clothes onto the soil! Keep it up

Wonderful customer service:)!
Have shopped here many times throughout the years and the staff are always so nice especially those at the counter. I shopped here last Thursday (3/3/22) and was served by Fauziah. She was polite, friendly, and I even managed to get 25% off as she suggested I sign into my H&M app to check for discounts. I had actually uninstalled the app and forgot about it, but she was incredibly patient and waited for me to sign in/ re-install app. So thank you kindly for the incredible service Fauziah (even though she had a headache, she still showed professionalism and made the effort to chat - hope that headache eventually subsided) :)

Today after purchasing over 200$ worth of dresses at H&M Pacific Werribee store. My daughter had a rethink and revisited to buy a jacket - she knew where it was as she had just tried it and left it at the fitting room, the lady at the fitting room was so rude and made a very silly comment that this was at full price. H&M is always our regular store for my wife and 2 daughters. Unfortunately after today’s experience this will be the last business they will get from our family. One rude shop assistant spoiled the whole shopping experience for us.

I can find things that I need especially for formal occasions such as blazers at an affordable price. You can find also trendy items such as accessories with affordable prices too.

It was my first time in H & M and it is now mu favourite store. It contains the lastest trends at crazy affordable prices. But what did it for me was the customer service from Fotini. I am writing this because I don't think we give enough credit to great customer service. We take them for granted. But Fotini went above and beyond that and I wanted to thank her.

10-15 customers in the line and only two tills are open. Other staff walks and pass by but not bother to open another till to make the queue move faster. Poorly managed. 8 Feb 13: 10.

This H&M never has enough stock and staff. You always end up 15 minutes in queue. There is never anyone to even assist you. It will be worth while to open a self checkout kiosk for this store.

I got the wrong size at the Chadstone store and had to come here to change it as it was the closest. It was a bit of a hassle for the worker but he was extremely cheerful, and even learnt how to do returns from another store for the first time. My go to store, and pleasant customer service, I signed up for their membership (which has so many benefits, and no disadvantages). Most definitely coming again, and to the werribee store.

I went to the Werribee store on the 8th of July. Picked up a few clothes and went to try them on in the fitting room. The lady who was working there didn't say anything so I went and tried them all. There were a few clothes that I really liked but I wanted to keep shopping. So I asked the lady if she could put them away for me and I can keep looking with free hands. She said she can't put them a side but she didn't offer me a shopping bag either so I went to see pants this time (with one hand as the other one was holding the clothes) I went back to the fitting room - same cabinet. She asked me to go to another one as the one I went was for the ladies with pram. I looked around and couldn't see anyone with a pram.

So I went to pay for my purchases Jason was the cashier. I kindly asked him the lady's name in the fitting room. He got very aggressive and asked me the reason why I was asking her name. I didn't want to tell him the whole story and said there were a few issues that I would rather to discuss with the store manager. Store manager Mel was next to Jason and asked me what happened in the fitting room. I told her the story. Instead of trying to understand how would I feel about not getting another alternative from the staff and leaving me to continue my shopping with my hands full she protected her staff. Didn't tell me the lady's name in the fitting room, I asked the reason why they rather to keep it for themselves and tried to explain that it was pointless as everyone had a name badges.

In the mean time Jason scanned all my items put them in the bag pointed me the post machine and looked further as if I wasn't there. The way they treated me, made me horrible. My hands were shaking when I was leaving the shop. I would never ever go there again. I know it was poor customer service but because it effected me so badly I wouldn't do another shopping from H&M.
