Great portion food, lovely staff and lovely place for big or small gatherings. Farewell lunch recent went so smoothly, and not one complaint from 30 people! Apparently they need a better Chardonnay, that's the only feedback I got

Friends had friends. I had amazing chips.
Don't drink pineapple juice or mojito.both were not good.
She just pour pineapple juice from bottle. I thought it would be fresh.

I called at 5 and asked how long they serve food til, was told til at least 8.

Go to order at 7.35 via app, closed, 7.40 at the counter with friends after travelling and kitchen has already closed.

If you are advising something, please stick to it.

Great bar, gets very busy! There is a lot of space to sit down, you may just be quite a distance from the actual bar for drinks. Food is also tasty!

Trivia night at 6pm on Wednesdays. Good, well behaved crowd of working adults chilling after work. Very friendly staff. We'll go back for sure:)

Great venue with ample space to host functions. We had an office party at this venue and the ambience and service was great. Decent selection of drinks and food. Nicely located in a prime location of Melbourne CBD.

I credibly rude waitress with pink hair. Unnecessary hostile towards the party I was with. Avoid her at all cost if you want to have a pleasant time.

Nice to chill out or cat h-up with work mates after work. Happy staff, service with a smile, only a few hundred metres from Southern Cross station.

Great place to socialise after work! Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Can be slow at the bar so double park if you can.

The cider on tap is not good, watery with no flavour. Pear cider in a bottle has a sickly sweet flavour not balanced and the Golden Axe is ok but strange aftertaste. Would recommend a new selection of ciders.

Pretty decent venue for after work drinks and smoking area outside so for a smoker it's great. Tidy place and not bad prices

We booked last minute for 25 people, staff very accommodating. Even though they were short staffed and advised that meals would take longer, for a group of our size the meals came out quick, all together, fresh, delish, everyone happy. Great team at Hightail, thank you

A fantastic venue with fantastic service and great staff. The trivia run at the venue by Funky Bunch is terrific too. Will definitely be returning to this fantastic place soon.

Nice joint, I didn't try any food, I was only there for a drinks function but I loved the layout and the generous smoking section with a modest but intriguing view. I thought so at least. Good joint, will visit again if I can.

Great atmosphere and food / drinks; the only reason it's not getting 5*s is because of the >30 minute queues at the bar.

Rude bar waitress. Passive aggressive. Deliberately ignored me. If you don't like your job please leave. Customer service isn't for you to have childish power trips over. What kind of rubbish staff do you hire?

If anyone says you don't need a regular pub at the end of a giant food court, shown them this place.

Quite a nice place to go for an after work party. The food is good, the drinks are great. The overall ambience is very relaxed. As far as I can remember, the music doesn't get really loud. This place can be a bit tricky for a large gathering (60-70 people), unless fully booked by you!

Good staff and service, located in a good location with an outdoor balcony - however t gets too crowded and noisy on Friday evenings.
