Fantastic assistance from this store. I purchased my heart rate monitor from them 2 years ago & had subsequently moved to Qld. It recently stopped working and they talked me through all the possible problems. When that didn't work, I posted the components to them and they fixed it - free of charge - and posted it back to me. 5 star service as usual.

I bought several Polar products from this store and recently a Polar OH1 optical HR monitor.
The service was prompt and even received discount.
I highly recommend buying from this shop, nothing like old fashion face to face service.

Bought a Garmin Edge 530 advertised as express shipping included for $150 spend and ships same day for order before 1pm. Outcome was no express shipping, and not shipped same day. More than a week later tracking still not going anywhere and not responding to emails or calls. Disappointed and can't recommend this store for online shopping.

Have been trying to find out where my order is for past 12 days. No reply to email and they don’t answer phone or return phone calls.

Terrible customer service. I have now been waiting four weeks for a refund on faulty Garmin vector 3 pedals. I have had to call daily for the past two weeks to get this resolved and it is still ongoing. Absolutely disgraceful service. Stay away from this place

Don't bother. Poor information results in poor choices, this place allows you to pick unsuitable products, when you know they have the knowledge to steer you in the right direction. 1star and that's 1 too many. Never again

Really poor communication. I bought a Garmin watch via ebay that has malfunctioned straight out of the box. I've sent messages via ebay and they havent responded. Initially Garmin told me to seek a refund from the retailer. Unfortunately these people dont respond unless it involves a sale. I've now sent my watch back to Garmin for a replacement. If you buy from these people dont expect ANY after sales service. They just want your money and nothing else. Never again

Sadly 1 star. I paid over internet, thinking that the End of Financial Offers would benefit me. No communication. I have rang their number for at least 107 times, still not answering, and several emails and chat messages from their website. Looking for a refund from a product to send in express delivery. Very poor Customer service at this stage. I am not sure if I will lost my money. I should read the internet reviews to stay away from them.
