I have been absolutely delighted by all the work done for me by the staff at Highly Sprung. I worked mainly with Jade whose expertise, wise advice, taste and (unlimited) patience made all our transactions a pleasure. In fact, I found all the staff at Highly Sprung very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A wide choice of fabrics was made available and I am still thrilled with the chairs, cushions and upholstery made for me. I had a sofa and some very shabby chairs reupholstered and frequently receive compliments on them. I have referred other people to Highly Sprung and they also have been very happy with their work. From start to finish Glenis was extremely helpful - prompt response to emails, advice over the phone, helping us choose fabrics when we visited the shop. Once the work started, Glenis provided updates on the progress of the work being done (including photos) and regular reports on when and how delivery would happen. She more than stuck to her word about timeframes, and in fact the work was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the end result is fabulous and we have no hesitation in recommending Highly Sprung to others.
