Absolutely perfect! I took a large dress to Hien who did such an amazing job that I didn't think could even be done due to the type of fabric. She even went to the effort of finishing it off by hand instead of the sewing machine. Thank you so much!

I came to Hien looking to have pants (bought online and oversized) altered.

After inspecting the pants, she was honest and upfront about the cost of bringing them in. However, she suggested i try them on in case there was a simpler and cheaper way to tighten the waist area.

Lo and behold - there was a way to do this without undoing all the stitching and at half the price! Better yet, she messaged me the next day saying they were ready!

Would highly recommend Hien for her expertise, customer service and friendly disposition. Will be coming back again to have a sentimental jacket altered very soon.

Very prompt and professional service. Also very thoughtful and considerate to ensure there’s extra cloth left in case the clothes would require altering again in future; also went above and beyond by providing an expedited return date compared to first anticipated- in time for a weekend return in case the clothes were needed for an occasion. Highly recommend for tailoring needs.

Hien is an absolute master of alterations. You can tell she has a lot of experience and expertise. I took a delicate cashmere winter coat from Bul to alter, which required fabric to be taken from the centre seam and shortened sleeves. Hien got it back to me the next day, and now it fits perfectly! Good price would definately recommend!

Hein altered a pair of motorcycle pants for me (thick and strong material). She did the exact same stitching as the original so safety is not compromised. Price is fair too.

Hiens is a personalised convenient service. Maybe its the simple space she operates out of that keeps her humble. He work is incredible good. And the price is perhaps the cheapest in the city. I took a pair of pants to multiple tailors who said they weren't worth altering and she managed to alter them and saved me a whole suit. Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. I had an urgent bridesmaid dress alteration that needed a fair bit of work and Hien was amazing!
