Simply amazing! I dropped four shirts in to have them taken in by varying amounts, and was stunned to receive them back the next day, despite saying that I wasn't in a rush. The work is such high quality that I had a brief moment of thinking they'd been given back in error (even the tags being removed and reattached after resizing), but the quality of finish is actually better than the original and the fit so perfect that I'm now looking for more things to resize!

Had a pair of generic Giordano chinos shortened and styled to taste by Hien’s alterations. The results were amazing, highly recommend this place if you need a piece of clothing to be altered.

I’ve had 6 pairs of pants taken up and always the best quality. Turn around time is amazing and lovely to deal with. Handy being in the same building. Expect more jobs from co-workers

Hien did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. She trimmed the length of the skirt, fixed the shoulders and the embroidery on the chest. And all of that for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

I had a hat that needed alterations and Hien's is the only place that would do it.not even specialist hat repair stores were able to help me.they did an incredible job on what was a very difficult task.their dry cleaning is also fantastic.these people are highly skilled and have lovely, friendly personalities to match!

I had a dress that was too low cut, a torn pair of my favourite jeans and a pair of new wide leg silk pants that needed to be hemmed. I saw the amazing reviews for Hien's so decided to visit. I'm so glad I did! Hien fixed them all with a smile. She is so friendly and professional. You can tell she takes the utmost care and pride in her work. If you have precious garments you wouldn't want just anyone altering, I can't recommend Hien highly enough.

Needed a formal dress shortened. Took to Hiens who explained that whilst should be shortened would be a more flattering fit with some alterations. Excellent service and my dress was ready within a few days. 100% recommend and have found my new alteration place. Thank you very much

Went to get my pants altered. Simple alteration, the First Lady said it’s for $40 and then says “do you want to do it or not”, I agreed. When I came to pick it up, the second one charges me $25, which I believe is the real rate. Please decide on your prices, I literally work in the same building and won’t recommend this business to my colleagues.

I needed to have a bridesmaids dress altered ASAP and she managed to get it done within one day. It was $120 for hemming and tightening two different parts but the end results were perfect and worth the money. She was also a really sweet and friendly person:) Def would come back again for any alterations or dry cleaning
