Hide and Cheek Cafe reviews
31Tiny cozy coffee shop with excellent coffee quality and simply beautiful grilled chicken foccacias.
After a long period of quarantine, we decided to visit a brunch cafe today (03/06/20) and after reading the reviews, Hide and Cheek Cafe was recommended by their high stars rating and close by! The food was superb, I quite enjoyed the Breakkie Burger, their tomato relish was one of the best I’ve had.
It was quite busy as well, and the service was outstanding, even though the man was working by himself, cooking and taking orders. When we were paying, the lovely man offered us a small gift due to his concern about the small delays.
Visit and you will not be disappointed!
Very friendly staff! Great prices! I really enjoyed having breakfast here. We ended up eating here twice during our short stay in St Kilda
Highly recommend!
Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, great service and friendly staff. What more could you ask for at any establishment.
This is the best brunch place we have been to so far. Amazing food and service. Worth every cent. If you're around the area, would most definitely recommend a visit!
Quaint. Run out of things to say
Stay tuned for further reviews folks
Ciao for now.
So tasty! Friendly staff and nice place
Bit today Saturday they are only 2 to do coffees, food, service, order.only 2.
Awesome little cafe. Friendly staff. Amazing food! Just awesome. Kid friendly. They didn't care about my child bouncing around and making noise. Was quiet when we went in so not a big deal. No special children's area but still welcome to have your child there. Puzzles, books and some toys are available for kids as well.
Charming and welcoming, great service and good coffee. I love the art on the walls and there’s a selection of books to read while you enjoy your coffee.
I had a voucher for a large coffee and they said it is a printing mistake and insisted in only giving me a small coffee
This cafe is great for a number reasons: they have a whole menu page of vegan options, many of which can be done gluten-free (they also have a page of non-vegan options). Their food is yummy and affordable. They have a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of community. The staff are friendly and real. There's quite a few cushiony comfortable places to sit. They're kid friendly with toys and a hi chair. I see families, couples, singles, workpeople (blue and white collar), travellers, many ages, and people with laptops come here - a real range. They're open to feedback on the menu, and embrace improvement. What's not to like? Thanks Hide & Cheek! Not so cheeky after all.
