Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club

Beautiful views from the course and club house. Even for a first time golfer this course was really enjoyable.

This place is just beautiful! It's so scenic - my brothers and I continuously made comments like "this is unreal" whilst playing on the best golf course we've ever played on! Not only was the golf sensational, they had great tennis courts, a bowling green and a bistro where the food was delicious. We stayed the night and the room was also 10/10. The views from the windows are stunning, there is every facility that you could possibly need including a proper kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds and a decent sized living area. I'd 100% go back for a trip with friends or family and would recommend this place to anyone I know. My only regret is not staying an extra night! The staff were also extremely friendly. Thank you for an amazing weekend - Hidden Valley Resort! We'll definitely be back.:)

A Beautiful venue! Well priced. Attentive service, relaxed atmosphere. Love it! Just wish that the hours were open all day and late night.

About 12 months ago 4 of us from the Pakenham/Koo Wee Rup areas visited your club, and along with golf enjoyed a lovely meal and great service on the day to boot, thus afterwards we raved about the experience to anyone who would listen.
12 months on we can only say what an absolute turnaround in our experience, poor customer service and a general lack of any awareness by staff would be a compliment.
We ensured prior to our meal and golf that everything was known around a few challenges from the restaurant to the golf staff.
Two of the meals were pretty average, and to get held up behind 3 bozos for the best part of 5.5 hours was in particular frustrating when it should have been avoided, especially if the pro shop (and Rory tries his best) had any awareness that there was in fact a cart sitting there that could have had us out there 15 minutes behind said bozos.
The only positive I could mention was that Caitlyn from Grove did try her best to assist.
I don't enjoy writing posts like this, but an attempt to discuss with the club via phone was pointless.
As this is a yearly venture for us, it may unfortunately be a last time, which is a shame as you have a very nice golf course there, (mind you we repaired around 40 pitch marks over the 18 holes on Saturday, and it was pretty much only members playing club champs prior to us).
Hopefully these comments will be reviewed in the right context by those that need to do so.

Great layout, true championship course, greens are maintained well and roll fast. Will surely come back again

A lovely place to have a meal. The food was well presented and delicious. I commend the staff for their efficiency and service. Rose went above the bar on service. Well done. Will be back

A fantastic swim school!
My kids are 4 and 3 years old and have been to 3 swim schools. This is by the best one we have been too. My kids have gained so much confidence in the water and their skills have improved so much. And the teachers are lovely I wouldn't go anywhere else

Had a lovley lunch there today. Wonderful experience. Met family member and enjoyed our time in a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Course in excellent condition. Front 9 will help get you confidence up. The back 9 will tear you a new one and bring it back down. Overall well worth the visit

Beautiful but tough golf course. Plenty of water to navigate around and over. Definitely recommend a cart to do your round, it's a really long walk. Easy to find, plenty of parking. One of the best courses in the northern suburbs.

Fabulous place to visit had a great lunch at the restuarant. Got shown around the golf course looks great to play on. Houses and acomadation units look great and roomy as well.

Beautiful new clubhouse, great golf course and the Grove serves delicious food. Can't go wrong

This is a hidden gem. The place is beautiful and the resort is awesome. The people are awesome and very friendly. The only downside I found was my food took 50minutes to arrive.

First class facility although the golf course struggles in winter. Still it's a terrific layout and VERY challenging.

Beautiful venue, picturesque gardens and food to die for. Well worth a visit for dinner, venue hire or a corporate function. Staff were professional courteous and very abliging with plenty of parking.

Good tasty food, lovely atmosphere but be prepare to wait as always too busy and short of staff

Fantastic place to take the whole family. Relaxing outdoor dining. Bookings required, it gets very busy.

We were looking for a long weekend and golf package over the Labour weekend 2021. Had a number of emails with the team who were very supportive and responsive.

Our weekend was really relaxing and a of first class standard. The townhouse we stayed in was everything described, and clean. We have walked into so many places where you feel you need to wash the crockery and glasses before use, but everything was ready to go and spotless.

The Grove serves pub like food and bites that hit the mark.

But the best bit was the golf, it’s a long walk through the countryside, but well worth it for the fresh air and exercise! The course is challenging and in great condition. A credit to the green keepers and staff.

We will definitely return.

Upgrade looks lovely. Came for high tea but was a little disappointed with the food nothing stood out as amazing pretty basic food for a not so basic price
