Great choice for a family holiday at Lakes Entrance. Affordable 2 Bedrooms, right in front of the beach and close to restaurants and boat hires. Friendly customer service as well!

Stayed 2 nights here over Australia day weekend. Was a decent place to stay. Rooms were very affordable and lady working reception was lovely to deal with. Rooms were quite spacious with mini fridge, microwave etc. My feedback would be just a small amount of money can make a big impact. Give the room a fresh coat of paint as walls are very marked and keep doors serviced. Our door was very clunky to lock/unlock but not a deal breaker. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay and our apartment had all we needed. Very cosy for a winter stay and walking distance to the shops. Management very friendly and helpful.

This review is to share our excellent family experience we had here. Stayed with the family for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. So central to everything with just walking distance to all that's happening.
Mandy made us feel so welcome and always stopped to say Hi and check on us if we needed anything. She is absolutely amazing.
We will definitely be going back here (already started planning our next trip).

For the price we paid our expectations weren't high but they exceeded them. Mandy was a great host. The location was good and walking distance to most things. The RSL had good meals at reasonable prices and only a few hundred yards down the road. Will definitely be going back.

We have been here many times and really enjoy our stay every time. Totally recommend the units and the courteous and friendly staff.

Exceeded expectations, great room, comfy queen bed, (not two singles).
Nice presentation, e.g towels nicely presented folded on the bed with soap, fluffy bed runners.
Room and bathroom was exceptionally clean even going as far as putting a toilet hygiene seal on to show it had been cleaned properly and sanitised, nice size powerful shower.
Very practical room, seat and table by the mirror so you could sit while drying hair etc.
All car spaces are right outside all the rooms which made things easy.
The accomodation was great value for money.
We were a bit early for check in but the lovely lady manager made it priority to get our room ready for us and was really pleasant to deal with.
We actually found this accomodation to be better and more practical then the 4 star esplanade resort a few doors down that we stayed in on the way through lakes entrance 2 weeks ago!

For the price, it was a great stay. Basic but comfortable, I really have no complains other than some aesthetic observations.but its a motel, so it's not unexpected.

Best of all, it was a large and spacious room. Mandy at the front desk was nice and provided recommendations in the area.

So excited to stay in a apartment as advertised but very disappointed with our room.open the door and smell was not fresh 2 single beds in living, cooking area with sofa in middle exposed bed base and damaged. Flimsy thin fleece blanket one with hole in it. Curtain rod broken and taped up with duct tape the drapes not much better. TV main channels no signal. 2nd room, double bed and 2 single beds base all exposed and thin flimsy fleece blankets not appealing. Bathroom had some mold and no tiolet cleaned for the 5 days we stayed. Why 2 people would have so many beds.

The service is great and reception upgraded my room. Thanks. If breakfast was provided, it would be perfect.

Highly Recommended. This is located at the perfect location at Lake Entrance. Everything you need is at a walking distance. The host is also very helpful. Room was neat and tidy.

Large comfortable room and bathroom. Motel is dated but very clean with all the basics needed for an overnight stay.

Lovely cosy room greeted by the nicest guy Jeff at reception. Awesome view and everything is in walking distance. We are definitely going back.

Great place to stay. Staff were earn and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Ribs were clean and neat.

Big room but needs a little work to bring it up to a good standard. Well priced but no room clean. Swimming pool could be cleaner and for a "heated pool" it was freezing!

The room, the shower, the toilet was absolutely filthy would not pass hygiene inspection that for sure!
So, was very disappointed.

Amazing! Great customer service, clean rooms, good prices and accommodating. Jeff fit me in for a last minute 4 night trip when boarders shut to Sydney and my travel plans had to change, and was able to fit me in the extra night last minute when I was wanting to do some activities around town. Happily recommend

5 star for Jeff the manager. Had booking cancelled by A**d* by mistake, solved by Jeff, saved our trip!
