I had 3 other plumbers tell me I needed a new gas line but when these guys came out they did a simple test and found the gas leak was from our built in bbq. Fixed straight away!

What could have been a bad experience ended up being a great one. We had Heritage do some work on our toilet/sewer in ensuite. The first guy who came out was late, had walked through our bedroom all day in his boots and left a fair mess of the place. We rang and complained to the lady in the office. She was very apologetic and professional.the next day a small army of plumbers came back and cleaned up all the mess, finished off the job and apologised profusely for the drama from the day before. I found the team in the office at Heritage to be very professional and organised with good communication. Hence we were surprised at the performance of the first plumber that came out. Overall, really impressed with the way they dealt with the complaint and finished up the job. Will definitely be recommending them on this alone.

Very prompt to respond to my quest, quote and then schedule the whirlybird install. When the installer was slightly delayed arriving they called in advance to let me know. Install was efficiently done.

Don't mind paying for good service, but the rate that Heritage plumber charge is ridiculous. Should be two plumbers doing the job at that rate and making sure the equipment is working, which it was wasting time and my money.

I contacted Heritage Plumbing after 3 other plumbing businesses said the job was too involved for them to do.
The job involved installing new capping, rain heads and down pipes to the facade of our 12 metre high building.
Power lines also obstructed access to the facade.
George and Adrian took the job on with enthusiasm and a can do approach.
They showed professionalism throughout the planning, providing good communication and keeping me well informed.
They coordinated their team, plus the power disconnection, traffic controllers, scissor lift and boom hire to enable the job to be completed in one day, effectively minimising the cost.
The job was very well planned and efficiently carried out.
The team were all friendly and professional.
I am very happy with the completed job and would highly recommend Heritage Plumbing.

I chose Heritage Plumbing Group (HPG), based on the positive reviews and the high quote they provided me. I thought if they charge that much, probably they know their job. I was wrong. I wished I’d read other reviews, about the experiences people had like mine. It would have saved me time, money, and stress that I went through regarding this issue (the patio roof leak that was messed up by the workers of HPG and never fixed).
HPG attempted the repair to my roof on 2 separate occasions. The first time, not that the leak wasn’t fixed but made considerably worse. To exacerbate this situation, I never got an answer from George (the contact for this business) whom I could only deal with via phone or email. Eventually, I was able to get a second attendance, however, my patio roof was left leaking as before. I tried to contact George many times and explain that the problem wasn’t fixed and leaked more now than before his sub-contractors had touched it. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that the patio roof isn’t compliant with local building regulations. I engaged in an independent assessment through my insurance company. I was provided with a thorough report which included many photos. It was clearly stated, in the report, that the rubber seal around the roof had deteriorated and needed to be replaced instead of applying loads of silicon. Which had been applied unevenly and allowed water through. After sending him the report and many emails, I managed to get 40% of the cost he’d charged after the document exposed the terrible job his company had done. I let them keep more than $2000 because I didn’t want to take this matter any further and have had to continue to deal with these unprofessional people who just plain rip people off.
