Highly recommended! What a lovely place to spend a casual afternoon at - the owners are local, incredibly knowledgeable, with great service to boot. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for your welcoming service and kindness in making our afternoon one to remember.

The year is 2020, a pandemic has swept across the land (twice for Victoria), and Hepburn Springs stands alone as a regional town without at least one brewery.

One plucky local home-brewer decides he's had enough, and launches a microbrewery, inside a gift shop, beside a boutique hotel. Focused on creative small batch brews, with a few regular favourites, there's a notable love of Bavarian and Czech flavours.

Having sampled everything available, personal favourites were the Pilsner and the Earl Grey Cream Ale. Tasting paddles available, glass wear and branding on point, and the couple in charge are super friendly.

With beer this good, i suspect the brewery may one day outgrow the gift shop, but either way it's a must visit for beer fans. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this unique brewery. Helen and Nick were wonderfully welcoming hosts and have set up an experience unlike many other. As a beer aficionado, I was tempted to try the paddle of 4x samplers which is rare for me. All four beers blew my expectations and I was enamored by their quality. All four were crisp, bold and exactly how they were explained on the list. As for the setup, wholesome and welcoming is best described. Nick appears to be a truly passionate and elite brewmaster and Helen was such a wonderful host. It felt like we were old-school friends the way they both treated us. They are onto something wonderful here and we want to spread the word with this post. We will certainly be back!
