Goooooooooooooodddddd burgers. I had the chefs special which was a brisket and beef burger.omgggg youleeeee it was amazing

I’ve been to a lot of burger restaurants and Hello Sam has been the best. I always vouch for the fried chicken burgers and seasoning they use on their patties and sides. Always been a hit with friends and also has a good vegan range so other friends won’t miss out

The Hot Chick burger is delicious. The chips and sweet potato fries are also great. It’s been a favourite through many months of lockdown deliveries!

Burgers are super tasty, juicy and the loaded fries are addictive. Great value and nice location to eat outside on a nice evening

Pretty good burger

Beef tasted fresh and the burger was a nice size.

Could have done with a bit more salt in the patty to my taste.

Sweet potato chips were better than standard potato (would be good if they came with a dipping sauce, aoli etc given the prices)

Was keen to try this place after seeing the great reviews but to be honest felt a little let down - the fried chicken was a bit dry and unseasoned, the beef burger was good but definitely not the best I’ve had.

Ideally located, Hello Sam offers a Variety of Deliciously prepared burgers, Chips, Shakes and Beer, which you can enjoy.
Staff are friendly and provide a good service.

Well made burgers with good flavour and fresh buns. Huge fan of the $15 special which makes it a no brainer in that area.

Amazing guys, we've been 3 of us to share one burger, yes we've been 3 for one because they wasn't starving before I ordered.then You know the story when they saw this burger they couldn't resist, anyway next time we order 3

Favourite burger joint ever! Since moving tote area I’m at Hello Sam every 2-3 weeks. I’ve tried a different burger every time from vegetarian, beef and chicken and loved them all. The fried chicken is a particular stand out, so crispy but perfectly juicy inside. Catherine (who appears to run the place) is super lovely and the food is ready lightning quick

I tried the Simply Sam and the meat was over cooked. Due to this, the Burger was lacking any real flavour except the burnt taste.

There are a lot of great burger places in Melbourne. This is one of them. What makes Hello Sam unique to other great places is their use of onions and cheese (with many different uses of cheese). Onions are almost always supportive and are less hit you on the first bite and more as you work through. It's an interesting take, and definitely worth your time.

Guy's listen to me, if you want the best burger in Melbourne, seriously gotta try, these legendary burgers, my partner got the Mississippi chicken burger, juiciest chicken ever, and I got bbq boss, the beef pattie is nothing like any other beef pattie, you get at a burger place. Congratulations guy's

Fried chicken is one of the crispiest going around. Yet to sample the beef but will be back soon to give it a go. I don't think you could be disappointed by a burger here!

Best vegeterian burger (truffle shuffle) I've had in my life. It melts in the mouth, and I've had my meat-loving friends try this and love it too! My partner had the Big McSam (Double) and he found the meat PERFECTLY cooked medium rare. The jackfruit fries have the texture of pulled pork, but are VEGAN, and I'm scooping every remainder of that sauce. I wish I had a picture, but I ate it less than 10 minutes, THAT GOOD!

We had the plant based burger, plant based chicken schnitzel burger, and fries. First time here! We'll be back! Food is fantastic and the customer service is excellent.
