Hello Sam

I go to Hello Sam very regularly and they are very consistent with the quality of food and service - they are friendly and accomodating to different diets and I always leave feeling full!

Would 100% recommend Hello Sam as an amazing spot for quick burgers and snacks and a bevvie

Really good burgers and the sweet potato fried were 10/10. Very must a fast food place, not a restaurant. Small inside. Average service. Good prices.

Burgers taste amazing, reminds me of classic American burgers. Prices aren't that bad too.

My partner and I stopped here for dinner on a whim one night and… I love this place so much! The atmosphere is super chill and the FOOD IS SO, SO DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

Worst place to have a hamburger the meat was raw, too chewy, the bread seemed old because it was hard to chew. Also the food was too greasy and disgusting. Save your money and eat anywhere else it would be better.
Rocio was the only nice person around.
The manager was super rude and he didn't seem "guest-focused" at all. The other manager, the woman, yelled at one worker in front of everyone. Looks like a not very good environment.

Great burger joint in Melbourne! The burgers are delicious, they have Furphy and S&W on tap and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Recommend the spicy burger, the jalapenos were delicious.

Great burgers, spicy Sam with some chips to mop up the burger juices and a couple of Byron lagers to wash it down

Ordered a month ago and it was delicious, ordered against tonight and was very disappointed! The chicken buger and bun were both dripping in oil! Couldn't finish it!

The Simple Sam burger was good. Three burgers and side of fries was $52.

Service was fast and food fresh.

Their vegetarian options are the best, period.

Ordered The Lot, Vegan - best vegan burger I have had. Will actively look for excuses to get it again asap. (Used to eat here years ago before being vegan and it was awesome then too).

Burgers were actually great but there is no service at all. Order off a QR code and they don’t even speak when they bring your food and drinks. Might as well not bother going out. In an industry that relies on upselling for profit and tips for decent staff pay, this is not how I’d have gone about it in my 15 years running venues, it’s not like they charge less for the lack of service.

Best burgers in Melbourne! Perfect for dine in and take out! Highly recommend the Too cheesy burger. Friendly staff and also a great spot to pop in for happy hour drinks.

Really good burger. Cooked the egg perfectly, melted in my mouth! Choc and peanut butter shake was fantastic!
