Heidi is amazing, and I am so glad that I found her. I've tried reading every self-help manual I could find, and seeing various psychologists over many years (I am now 60 years old!) I was unable to improve because my conscious mind could not identify and connect to the traumas and damaging self-beliefs that have poisoned my life. Heidi is able to gently locate the underlying causes of my emotional pain by asking my body and guiding me to the places I need to explore in order to heal. She can uncover more, and help me more, in a single session than months of traditional 'talk' therapy.

I've been seeing Heidi for kinesiology now for almost a year and it has literally been a life changing experience for me! Right from the very first session, and every session since, my mind has been blown by how powerful kinesiology is. I first went to Heidi on recommendation from a friend, and if I'm totally honest, I was a bit sceptical. I wasn't sure if I was going to be open to the experience either. I was really nervous before going to my appointment, I picked up my phone numerous times to make an appointment and then chickened our LOL. I finally went online and made my appointment - why did I wait so long. Heidi is amazing, she made me feel so comfortable - I was super nervous!
