Heidi is an amazing healer. She is obviously very talented in her craft but also lovely, kind, very thorough, present, and always creates a safe supportive space during our sessions. My kids and I both see Heidi and all feel the same way about her and her practice. We have all experienced positive shifts where Heidi has unveiled energy blocks and provided many revealing moments during the process. I have had experience in many healing modalities with different practitioners and I can honestly say that Heidi's positive and nurturing energy and therefore approach in her sessions is very refined and authentic.

Heidi is one of a kind that you do not want to miss a session with. I have tried a variety of different practices in my life and the way that Heidi has been able to help facilitate my healing journey to the extent that she is has been phenomenal. After each session with Heidi I feel so inspired to keep working on me to feel better each day and keep working on my 'deep work'. It is amazing what comes out of the sessions and how we can really get to the core and root cause of what is happening in the body. Highly, highly recommend!

Heidi has been an incredible help to me in dealing with physical issues that have remained in my body for some time. As it was my first time trying kinesiology, I wasn’t sure what to expect or what I could gain from my sessions. During my first visit I was completely amazed by the variety of skills and techniques that were used by Heidi and couldn’t believe she was able to uncover the root cause of where my issues had stemmed.

I have been struggling with my digestion for over two years now, and have gone down many avenues such as, dieting with low fodmap foods, intimate fasting, cutting out a multitude of ingredients I used to be able to eat etc and have always arrived at a dead end of no improvement. Although I am still on this journey, having Heidi reveal the cause of my digestive issues has been a huge piece of the puzzle I have been seeking. Heidi has made me aware of the link between my feelings and emotions (particularly from the past) and the state of my body now.

Heidi’s approach is warm and professional. She is great at sharing her knowledge in a way that makes you feel included in the process of unravelling such intricate and sometimes difficult information to grasp. Heidi is also honest in sharing what she thinks will fit best with your needs, rather than trying to have you book as many sessions as possible with her, she will refer you to a different type of specialist if she believes that is what you need at the time. Her caring nature is admirable and I’m sure is what her clients appreciate the most. I am immensely grateful to have found Heidi to help me on my path to healing.

After decades of knowing things needed to change but feeling powerless to do so, finally the transformation that I have been searching for has begun and all thanks to Heidi. I'm enjoying the healing journey and am so grateful to her for the kindness and support she shows.

Heidi has produced amazing results for me, giving me a perspective shift on some really entrenched patterns of behavior that I have tried to change in lots of ways. I wasn’t surprised when she produced similar results in my son. After just one session there has been a significant reduction in his anxiety and reactivity. I cannot recommend Heidi enough (except for the fact that means she is going to be even harder to get a booking with!).

I strongly recommend seeing Heidi, she has an amazing ability to help you discover what your body needs and what's hidden in the subconscious mind, this in turn enables you to heal and release trapped negative energies and emotions, it is a transformative experience.
