Absolutely excellent service. Two days turn-around (as promised) is amazing. The reason for the minor repairs and other work was also clearly explained to me, which I really appreciated. Their charge for everything was also very fair too.

Good brands and stock you can't buy. Limited staff in the shop when I have visited the last 3 times have prevented any business being undertaken, and time totally wasted.

I had both a Honda mower and Husqvarna line trimmer serviced/repaired in July 2021. I'd wasted so much time trying to get the line trimmer to start. Both are now starting and running the best they ever have. Well worth the price. Thank you

Great service! I needed my generator serviced for a last minute camp trip. They said the normal turn around time is 2 business weeks however they managed to service my generator in 1 business day and it works first pull everytime now.
Reasonably priced aswell.

Asked if they had stock on the phone and gave reference to brand and model number, got in there and they didn't even stock the brand.
Wasted my time.

Alex has been so helpful, patient and genuinely keen to earn my business. As I am restarting my business it has been easy process with value for money products and advice. So far so good.

Very unprofessional, limited knowledge. Kept my mower for a week and then i had to call up.all they said my mower cant be repaired.pretty bad.while other guys repaired it in 24 hrs.

What an excellent experience. I went in to buy a mower and leaf blower. I had already been to a couple of bunnings stores with no luck (lacked proper guidance from staff). Heidelberg Mowers team are professional, friendly, informative, caring. They explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot. My ride on mower wouldn't start as it had been sitting idle for 5 months during covid Lockdown. They fixed it in only a couple of minutes and didn't charge for it.

Great service today in the middle of covid-19.

Took a chainsaw chain there to be sharpened and they did it in 30 mins while I waited in my car.

$15 was bonus, all in all great people.

Excellent service and good timing for my mower service. They fixed my mower following a bad service from another supplier that left it running badly, with low power and cutting out regularly. It is now running powerfuly and like new. Thank you Heidelberg Mowers for a great job.
