I could not believe the service in this establishment, if one could call it that.
I took my haqsvana chainsaw to get a brake assembly done because it popped out, he took it in and told me it will be ready the next day hahahaha! Three weeks later it wasn’t ready, I never got a call from them in all that time I had to chase it up and called multiple times.
The last time I called and it wasn’t ready I demanded an explanation all I could get from the staff member was
‘I just work here’ hahahaha!
I thought, the man just works here what in Gods name am I demanding an explanation from a man that works here, HE DOSEN’T KNOW he just works here! Hahaahaaa!
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I went and got my chainsaw back and in doing so I found that two screws were missing, would you believe it! And this man that just worked here as he put it said he couldn’t replace them! Haha.
So folks my rating for this I JUST WORK HERE mob is -0

Lots of choices in mowers and associated machines. Also lots of spare parts and accessories. All the bits you will need.

People who work on Saturday are very nice people. But the boss doesn't show up to work

Really great business, which I had a positive experience there they went out of their way to help me with a part that I was having trouble finding

Rubbish at communicating and completing repair in a reasonable time. I have given this business many chances now. On more than one occasion I have had equipment sitting in there waiting to be repaired and the part hasn’t even been orders 2 weeks later. Don’t bother trying to get chainsaw chains here because it’s rare they have any.

Very helpful staff, good knowledge of their products. Well priced parts and spares, and they have a large stock of parts. Would definitely recommend.

Wasted our time! Took the mower in and weeks later was told it was ready to pick up. Went in the store and all the staff were flustered trying to find my mower which was misplaced and never actually worked on. Not sure how/ why they told me to come collect it, seemed like chaos in there and very disorganised. Owner was a bit rude too and not very understanding.

These guys are busy, which tells you something.can sometimes take a while to be seen, but when I last went in they took the time to find an obscure part I needed.totally saved my weekend

Bought a honda whipper snipper for my son a few weeks ago, and loved the service. They were kind enough to give some free line with it too! I would always come back if I need to!

A tad over-priced for parts. But not enough to make longer journey worthwhile. Five times cost on internet. However needed to use brush cutter on the day.

What a great place! They serviced my 1981 mower and it came out great! Awesome service and staff!

Heidelberg Mowers is all about customer service, advice, and razor sharp pricing. Purchased an echo chainsaw, it was prepped for use, correctly tensioned and ready to work. Very pleased.

Excellent range of garden power equipment and very good customer service. Staff know their stuff and can really help find you the right equipment for your needs. Very hard to find this level of service and knowledge these days.

This is the fourth time I've used this place for service and repairs. Also bought my mower here.
They do a good job and seem honest, but each time they have taken a job, they tell me they will phone when it's done, and they never do.

I'd rather they be honest and say "please call us in four days" when I drop a job in, rather than make hollow promises.

The mower I brought in for service was going to be ready ten days ago. No call, so I've rung them. After six minutes on hold, they can't find my mower, and promised they'd call me back. Two hours later, the store closed, and still no call.

Edit:
Two days after I first posted this review, I had answers. The job had been logged under "trimmers" instead of mowers, which is why they couldn't locate it. The mower wasn't yet serviced as they'd been short of mechanic staff for a variety of reasons. One was self isolating, one wasn't willing to be vaxxed and one was on bereavement leave.

When I came to collect the mower, there must have been about 60-70 serviced mowers all lined up for collection. Had to play mower-shuffle to get mine out!
