I found the team difficult to deal with. It was my experience that they reneged on an agreement.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. They gave me helpful advice on how to use the power tool I was hiring. Prices were very competitive, and the tool was in good condition.

I recently decided to finish my floors, not been a pro I was concerned I could make a mess of things. The staff at Heidelberg Hire were incredibly helpful.

Micheal not only guided me on how to run the Sanders to get clean edges but also gave key tips on how to achieve the best finish. His mechanical knowledge was very impressive.

Sam suggested I start with a drum sander which was different than what I thought I needed, after eventually using an Orbital at the end of the job its clear his suggestion was right on!

Before renting the Sander's I shopped rental prices, they were the lease expensive, I ended up renting several sanders, being the cheapest shop I was initially concerned the equipment might be old.that was not the case, I was impressed with the quality of the machine's precision.

The job was harder & took me longer than I had estimated it would but having the help from the staff & the right machines got me through it.

Great range, staff and pricing. I drive 40 mins to hire from these guys every time because their customer service is second to none. Can't be faulted

Have been a customer for a decade. Always good service, tools and advice. Access is sometimes tricky in high traffic times, but worth it. Highly recommend.

Used these guys a few times over the last 10yrs. Their tools have never let me down and their hire rates are very reasonable. I can't fault them!

Don't understand all these complaints. Whenever I've gone here the staff and owner have tried their utmost to be of help. Of course they're not infallible but they generally offer excellent service with extremely good prices. Maybe all these complaints are from people who themselves are imperfect but need to justify it somehow?

Do not give this business your credit card details! After I called twice to say that I'm done with the job, they did not pick up the scaffolding and keep charging rental fee to my credit card! What a bad business practice! Manager never responded to my email complains and did not reimbursed overcharged money! I do not understand how they can still be in business doing those dirty tricks! Please do yourself a favour and do business with someone else!

Arranged fro some mobile scaffold, booked the scaffold and when I went for the pick up unable to hire because they said they did not know they had so much going out today. Didn't even offer a remedy for their poor performance. I arranged the weekend around getting the scaffold today.
Cannot wait to tell everyone about Heidelberg Hire.
