I highly recommend Heidelberg hire, I have used them many times and I have been always very satisfied. Now that they moved to Thomastown it's even better for me.

Racist and repulsive behaviour. The owner blatantly stated they refuse business from customers from “particular post codes in Melbourne” consisting of immigrant and non-white communities. I was shocked to hear this, and feel disgusted by his assumption of my complicity. How is it possible to run a business like this in 2022?

Hired a heater for my sons 18th. Great service turned up on time, heater worked a treat. Will use again for sure.

Best value for money and wide range of machinery to hire.until he charged $900 for a clapped out wetsaw that barely worked which i thought had been returned weeks prior as the construction lockdown came into effect.but nope.he didn’t ask about the saw.no reminder… just wack! -900 from my card…
then he decided to charge 2k to my card then another 2k!
most unreasonable bloke i’ve ever come across, even when he lodged a formal complaint the police officer who I spoke to said oh my god he is the rudest pig of a man I’ve spoken to in the last five years…

Great experience with Heidelberg Hire. Excellent range of equipment and pricing. Clean, safe equipment and shown how to use it safely. Very understanding that I was 2 hours late to return the equipment with car troubles as well. Will be back next time I need to hire something

I recently hired scaffolding for a painting project, Warren went out his way to help me find right scaffolding for project. All the team were friendly and helpful with my questions. Delivery and pick up was easy, and cost to hire was very reasonable. Would recommend to hire from here.

Borrowed a petrol pressure washer 4000psi, friendly staff helped to lift, machine looks old but very reliable, pull then start and go, nothing to complain run whole day no pros at all.

I hired a cement mixer for the weekend and it worked great. I have also hired a dingo a couple of years back. All the staff seem quite friendly.

The red headed bloke was so rude and nasty to His female colleague that worked at reception. He wouldn’t help us load a machine on. The receptionist had to apologise to us for him. 5/10 would never go back

All the people at Heidelberg hire are top rate. They looked after us so well with competitively priced lights, heaters and chairs. VERY friendly and our party went off really well and the hire gear was an important part of that. All tested by the staff before we took off and great help loading and unloading our car. Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend as customer service rather telephone manner wouldn't cut it in mainstream society or business
