I’ve had bad food but this probably tops the lot.went delivery option and the food came cold and soggy. Chilli con carne tasted as if it wasn’t cooked properly or was reheated in a microwave. Don’t make the mistake I made by ordering from here, wouldn’t want my worst enemy to eat this.

We just ordered 3 burritos, quesadilla. The burritos had rice and beans with no spice even more there were no salsa inside the burrito just the sour cream and probably saving for chipotle aioli as it was none in the burrito and quesadilla.the expectations were too high as the fitzroy store has better food in terms of taste. The front staff was nice though but i wont recommend in terms of the taste of the food. The staff needs training from fitzroy i guess.thanx

Great Mexican food, flavours were good, service was relatively quick, price not bad for portions. I would go back again

Ordered food and they said 10 mins it should be ready…when came back after they said another 20 mins ridiculous wait time for me they are liar

Received our entree after we had finished our mains… when I told the lady not to worry about it anymore she said “ok” and walked off, no apology. It was also still on the bill at the end. Horrible service!

Food is nice but it's so overpriced. $17.50 for a regular beef burrito. $3 extra for guacamole.

Really tasty and exceeded my expectations. The service was great and food relatively fast. The prawn taco and pulled pork chimichanga's were the favourites, but I can't fault anything we ordered. Will be back.

The best service! Everyone was so lovely and not to mention the food is absolutely amazing! Everything is made fresh upon arrival. I recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting a beautiful Mexican experience!

Stopped by for lunch. Long wait for service. Ordered the tacos. They were pretty tasty. Somewhat worth it for the long wait. Also had a mocktail the Mexicala from memory. It wasn’t bad but way too sweet for me.

The food is GREAT! But the wait times to get served and to get food and drinks after being served was dismal.we ordered (2 diners) both food and drinks at 7: 40 and received our food at 8: 30 - I had to ask where our drinks were (we order $70 worth so not just cokes.) when the food was delivered, the margarita jug came out a few mins after asking but the mojito took another 10 minutes - I was almost done eating: (we did notice a lot of take away orders continually going out so we believe this is definitely at the expense of in restaurant diners.this is not good enough and we were very disappointed - maybe more staff would fix this? …

I won't order from here again. I've given it a few chances but every time I order it always turns up late and stone cold. If its because uber eats are busy then don't prepare the food until the driver is on his way. Judging by the time on the receipt, our food had been sitting there for nearly an hour before it got delivered to us. Pretty poor
It's a shame because it seems like the food actually has decent taste, but it kinda gets destroyed by the fact that I have to microwave it before I eat it. Kinda takes away any elements of freshness. Also the can of coke Zero I got tonight clearly hadn't spent a single second in a refrigerator.

The last two times we ate there the chicken wings were raw and cold inside on the bone so we won't be going back. First time they were still cold and frozen in the middle so sent them back then the replacement was just as bad - Pink and bloody on the bone. Second time we went back the same thing happened. Other times we have ordered delivery with different third parties and have waited up to 1.5 hrs for 2 burritos. To be fair, the corn and burritos are ok just don't order chicken wings.

Very tasty taco trio of Prawn, Chicken & Chorizo with a crisp apple cider. Nice finish to my day of shopping in Moonee Ponds

Been there the third time, menu is great and so are the staff! Food quality hasn’t been consistent but they are happy to hear feedback and make improvements. Oh and their Margaritas are YUM!

Food is amazing, service is fantastic been looking for ages for a authentic Mexican restaurant and I have finally found one. 10/10 will be coming back for sure.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, we enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s birthday at this restaurant we will be definitely back.

A complete cold soggy mess. Took the delivery option. This was a mistake. Clearly they made the food well in advance of an available delivery driver. The tacos were stone cold and just a soggy mess. The corn was described as street food corn however was cold and unenjoyable
The nachos looked like they had been shaken up and was just a mess. To be fair the lack of delivery drivers at present is a factor in the food being cold and poorly presented. To be fair it maybe worth visiting the restaurant to determine whether the food is any better.
