43 Great customer service. I went into Heat & Grill to look at Shelta Cantilevers and was served by Kerry. Her product knowledge and service was some of the best I have experienced in retail sales. Not pushy and was very happy with the price and installation of the product by the staff.

The service these guys provided was amazing. I needed a BBQ for an event within 3 days and these guys went above and beyond to get it delivered and installed, and then came and swapped it over when I realised i'd ordered the wrong one. Incredible professional service- not to mention the most amazing bbq- The Genisis LX 440.
