I just purchased a Weber Q3200 online from heat & grill, and was very happy with the customer service. There was a bit of a hiccup with the pick up, but the staff member (young gentleman, unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name) was so helpful, he delivered my bbq after work on a very hot day, definitely 5 star customer service, we will be coming back for sure!

Amazing experience with Heat & Grill! I placed an order online this afternoon for a last minute present for my hubby for Father's Day. Naughty me! Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson by the name of Kerry who briefed me with instructions of how to use the weber q. She was so sweet and offered to drop it off to me in person after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift tomorrow. She went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be a 10! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q

To help me through lockdown 6 I thought I’d treat myself and buy a bbq - not owning one I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, especially one that would be low maintenance and easy to use daily as living in a small apartment I don’t like cooking steaks/meat inside - I called Heat & Grill Richmond and spoke with Lachlan, who was able to listen to my list of questions and guide me on what to purchase and I’m so glad I called! I got the Weber Q and I love it.

Customer service second to none! Had such a great experience buying 2 heaters, one bulb came broken upon arrival, they immediately sent another one to us free of charge, no questions asked. Highly recommend!

Good service at a proper Weber store. We went in to look at upgrading our 20 year old Weber Genesis 1000. It was good to get a look at a wide variety of Weber models so the we could choose the most appropriate model for our needs

First ever time making coal

We purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November.
We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

Went in to have a look at smokers. Lachlan was very helpful. He was so knowledgeable on how to cook all different kind of things, and which which products to get to get the right flavours. We can't wait to get our new smokefire. Thank you so much for all your help!

Great range of Weber bbqs and add ons. You can get anything BBQ related, and items you may need for your next feast. Different grills, and hot plates, temperature gauges, grease trays and utensils etc. The staff are also super friendly. You can find them right next to McDonald's on Bridge Road.

Great team, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Bought an outdoor setting and would definitely buy from them again.

He is truly passionate about the art of BBQing as he showed us videos of his own cooking experiences on his phone. We love our Weber Genesis II and are cooking everything from steaks to different types of seafood etc. Can't wait to do some of your cooking workshops to get even more tips.
