I had a bad experience. Highly ill organized and non professional. Technician conducting lungs functions test was in a rush.

Staff at front were great. Didn't have to wait had my appointment on time. The lady that did my procedure was lovely. Parking was plentiful which was great.

Totally disorganised. Didn't have the right equipment. Cancelled my appointment after I arrived. Did not offer any alternative. Avoid.

The receptionist’s phone manner was polite and professional. When I arrived I felt welcome and the staff were lovely to deal with. The waiting area was clean and tidy.
