Not recommended at alllll. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Went to get my nails redone and a female employee started doing them and then a male employee continued. He became rude and confrontational after i explained that my nails weren't the same shape. Will NEVER go there again.so unprofessional

Would not recommend.
The colour that I chose was NOT the colour I received, the tips were lopsided and uneven in length, and the service was slow and distracted.
Cash only. Was made to rush to the bank before my nails were done and come back. Was told at the end to wait 5 minutes and was never told they were done and I could leave.
Never going back.

I’ve been here a few times, although I wasn’t impressed with my last visit (08/12/19) AT ALL!
The lady who seemed to be the one in charge, had NO idea what she was doing nor could she cope with amount of customers coming into the shop, and it showed.
She was extremely incompetent, flustered and turning people back left right and centre. The people asked to take a seat were left waiting for the whole time it took for me to have my nails done, but were given the colour samples to keep them “occupied” I suppose for their delonged wait.
I had SNS French done. My nails arnt the longest nails, but I cannot stand the feeling of long nails. I had the “pleasure” of “the one in charge” doing my nails. She asked if I wanted tips, which I explained no. She asked again obv to ensure she got it right (fair enough). When shaping my nails she asked in a rude mannor “is that shape ok, whatever shape that is”. Arrrggghhh ok.
She constantly stopped to greet clients every 2 mins which was extremely frustrating!
I was left unattended once my nails were completed to dry, but after being forgotten about needed to ask if I could leave as no one wanted to check in on my nails to see if they were ok.

Cash only is also an inconvenience for alot of people.
So whilst we work hard in order to afford these little extra luxuries in life which we pay tax on, this place is probably defrauding the tax system too.

Will not be coming back!

My fave nail salon at the moment, I've switched a few times but the cost and quality is worth it. Cheapest I've ever paid for mani/shellac, although it is cash only. Super lovely ladies.

This is my first time in this nail saloon.
I walked in to do my nails. One of the nail tech welcomed me and told me to have a seat, so I did. I choose the nail color I wanted, and on the nail sample it was a deep red.
Long story short, the color I picked on the sample wasn't the actual color that the nail tech painted my nail with it turned out to be an orange red.
The worst part is when I pointed it out and told the nail tech, she gave me an attitude and was very rude! Which honestly I don't understand!
I come in just want to relax and enjoy my time while getting my nails done but it's not what I experienced at all!
Few of the staff where very rude.
I don't think we pay that money to be treated like that.

I had shellac done on my nails Saturday afternoon. By Sunday evening polish began falling off? ! I called and asked if I could come in to get it fixed or replaced. When I got in, they treated me terribly. Instead of apologising for the bad job, they gave me terrible looks and intentially left me sitting for 20 mins. Just horrible service. Will never go back. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Didn't seem to care about the fact my skin around my nails were cut and grazed when I raised it to their attention.ive been going here over a year but now I won't be back.

Efficient and will go back there. Busy atmosphere but they will fit you in.

Worst SNS nails. Lumpy & uneven. It took almost three hours for her to do them. When pointing out areas of imperfection she told me I’m worrying about nothing and continued to push back even though I was super polite. There was three people that came back complaining while I sat there at their mercy with my hands half dipped in sns. Won’t return and wish I know which secret place was actually good in the north

They had time to fit me in at 8pm which was super lucky but it was my only baby free time that I could go and get my nails done. I had a photo for what I wanted and the lady helped me get the most similar colours. She really took the time to shape them and make sure they looked great! I normally go to my local nail place but they aren't open when I'm kid free. If these nails hold up as long as my sns do at my usual place I will definitely be back:) they also took the time to do my 7yo nails in the 3 colours that she chose so she could be like me haha.

So far I recommend them.

My nails are very poorly painted. The lady cut my fingers multiple of times and said that I kept moving. I usually don’t have a problem with them but this time.it really bugged me.

Had to wait over an hour for someone to even come serve me while other people who came after me were served. Terrible service!

My daughter got her nails done her and they are terrible, called them she went back, they were rude and they didn’t even fix them properly. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend and would never go there again

I attended this nail salon to receive a fresh set when removing my old set the experience started off great my nails were soaked as a professional salon should do then everything went downhill from there my nails were not left to soak for long enough and they commenced to try and lift my acrylic nails from my nail bed when questioning why they weren’t being left to soak longer I received no response and almost immediately one of my natural nails were half torn from my finger. The nail technician commenced to try to carry on with this nail by applying nail glue to hold my nail down and trying to drill on it so she could apply an acrylic over this I advised them that I do not wish for her to carry on and that I would let it heal before she touched it she advised if I cane back next week she would fix this for me no questions asked and gave me a $5 discount looking back I shouldn’t of paid anything and walked straight out of there. Today I tried to go get my nail fixed and advised them of who I was and what had happened and they asked me to come back in an hour. Unacceptable. Trust me ladies do not get your nails done here it’s been by far the worst nail experience of my life with poorly trained and unprofessional staff.

They charged me $50 because I didn't have my student ID card and because apparently my nails were "too short" but they charged one of my in laws $35. When confronted about this, they gave me a cold shoulder and started speaking in their language so I walked off. It was my first time getting my nails done. Never going back here again.

Terrible experience. Nails buffed almost to the base and now shellac and nail are just peeling away, one day later. Went in with medium length reasonable nails and came our with a disaster that will take months to recover.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER GOING AGAIN IT FELL OFF IN 4 DAYS AND MINE USUALLY STAY ON FOR 4 WEEKS MORE AND WHEN I WENT THEIR THE GUYS SAID I WAS "bullshitting" he has no right to say that to me and the girl that had done my nails knew that I wasn't lieing cause when I said she did my nails even ask her she turned around and keeped on doing the persons feet this is absolutely disgusting and I will never step foot on that salon AGAIN! Do not recommend at all so much better places out there that have respect for you and do a good job

Had to get nails removed a few years back due to work. Put nsol in solution & within seconds l pulled hands out. As it felt like it burnt fingers. Ever since then my dermatitis came back. I've been on treatment for at least 3 years. In the past of l got dermatitis got treatment & all went great.
Now I've been suffering for a few year's. Hands are so bad & the amount of money spent on ointments is outrageous. Seen specialist & they gave me a referral to get radiation done on them. Who should pay for that?
