Terrible service, extremely rude and aggressive, my nails are completely uneven and my fingers are bleeding, do not go here!

Honestly the best nail place I've been too. My nails have been so nice and I even accidentally hit my nail quite hard and it didn't break. 10/10

Waste of money. Got pedicure done, the lady did it in 10 mins and didn't even scrub my legs properly. I would not recommend any of their services

If u want nail that are chunky and thick come here I came here to get my nails done for a party I got ombré and they were fast and ruff. Wouldn’t gone here for $65

The best salon I don't go anywhere else. Everyone is so lovely and friendly there. Faye is usually who I see and does an awesome job every time, always up for a chat and a laugh.

So I went here in hopes they were better than my previous nail techs. I had high hopes, seeing how busy it was. Oh boy was I wrong. They are quick and efficient, but the work they do is horrible. As you can see in the photos, one nail is ready for take off it's that angled. They say things in Vietnamese, then

your tech and who ever they are talking to look at you and laugh.

Not something you want or need when your paying a decent price for their services. I went for a acrylic removal and new set of nails along.with a pedicure. All up $110, cash. They only take cash. Which is really inconvenient.

I won't be coming back.

They only plus side was the colour was nice. But the application was blotchy.

I’ve been to heaps of nail salons, but never have I come out of the store with two bleeding fingers… Honestly, if you don’t know how to do nails, don’t do it… the guy who did it had no idea what he was doing and I was just sitting there bleeding while he went off trying to find antiseptics…

Love my new nails! The guy that did them was so helpful with picking the colours, and was really gentle throughout the process.

Shocking work! I asked and showed a picture of natural looking nails and instead I got thick, sideways ready for takeoff nails instead!
Very upset to think people can take your money after leaving you disappointed.

Aboulty horrible service they kept on tugging on my hand and talking bad about me thinking i can't understand but i can i also i had chose a white color and i left the store with one of my hands bleeding and the color as brown

Most ridiculous service I’ve ever received unfortunately. The first thing that frustrated me was that I asked if they could do a nail art design, showed them the picture, yes we can do it - cool. Turns out they couldn’t, asked for a different design, couldn’t do the second design either. She then rubbed off what she had attempted but didn’t clean all the polish off properly, so I’ve walked out with a very smudged nail.

The cherry on top was when she kept insisting my nails be placed in front of the tan for drying - a fan that wasn’t on! When I mentioned to her the fan was turned off she just smiled and nodded…

I was then made to go out and get $5 cash out because I only had $50 on me for this disappointing service. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend. Next time, just say ‘no sorry we don’t do nail art’…

I went because my usual place was not available, this was the worst nail place I have ever been.
I left there with four fingers bleeding, every nail was different shape and different length.
Very rude stuff and very cheap service.
My nails looked so bad I cut them off myself.find somewhere better and more professional to go.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, Jessie did my nails and she is honestly brilliant, so friendly and she did a stunning job ️ I honestly have no idea why there are any bad reviews as they are brilliant! I know a few people who use their services and now after using them myself today I won’t be going anywhere else

I normally don't leave this kind of not nice reviews.but this time I must do to make them how rude and not nice they are.

They are the worst nail shop I never ever had in Australia.

It's not just matter of service.
It is matter of your safety with their never gentle and cheap cares.if you anyone visit them,
please be careful.

Firstly my nails has gone already after 2-3days my nailcare from them.

Dangerous service!
they rushed nail removal with really strong chemical liquid on my nails for long time, I had to cut all my nails immediately after visiting them.it is still breaking so I can't do anything on my nails.they were telling me how they are cheap compare to other shop, I think they are just cheap service!

And the last

They are very aggressive people and joke about costumers in their vietnamese language.they even scratched all around my calf skin before my pedicure it's only because of our miscommunications.they understood me didn't want to do footcare before pedicure but I wanted to do it. I couldn't understand well with their bad English. I clearly told them I want it.anyway i never recommend you to go there.

Nails lasted 5 days before they started chipping away. Hygiene is a bit worrying as the brushes they were using had lots of build-up and seemed like they never got washed. Though they did a good job at cleaning the cuticles.

I was impressed by the skill and professionalism of Nina. I think I found my new favourite beauty spot.

Terrible service!
I got charged $10 for sns to be removed after initially being told $5. Not only did they not remove all of the sns, my nails look disgusting. They have remnants of the sns, are chipped from where they were removing the sns. The woman actually ripped off half of my nail on my thumb!
Better off going somewhere else!

Do not go there!
When I went to get S. N. S extensions all was well until the end when I got home and noticed that the nails were pointing upwards on an angle! Do not go there and get extensions.
