My laptop's windows was crashed so i told them to repair it as quick as possible.they called me after 2 days and told me thats your harddrive is crashed so u have to replace it.i said what about data? They told it cant be recovered.so i go with him and told him to replace my hardrive.nd than i asked that after installing new hardrive evrythng will be normal.he said yes.i get my laptop today.they fited a 240gm hardive nd gave me another 240gb hardrive.i told him to install it.he told me that i have to install it.if i would have known how to do alll this thing then why would i give you for repair.i have a hardrive of 1 tb nd they are giving me a 240gb hardive.moreover.i dont have basic softwarein my laptop.its useless now.its a fraud.
